Townhome vacation rentals in Brač

The accommodation is well located (access to the beach in 10 minutes on foot) and has a parking space. The terrace with plancha is nice. However, we wish we had more cooking utensils and air conditioning in the bedroom. The host is very friendly.

Really lovely house set in a small village near to Split. Anthea was a friendly and responsive host who welcomed us on our arrival with a platter of local cheeses and ham and drinks. The apartment had everything that we could need for our stay and was spotlessly clean. The pool area was particularly gorgeous and we made good use of the poolside house for some of our meals. There is a small convenience store opposite the house and a few local restaurants. We had a car which made travelling around the area easy and would definitely recommend a ferry trip to Hvar (Fig restaurant was great) and Krka National Park - both Split & Trogir have good restaurants.

The semi-detached house is located just steps away from the beach. There is a very nice beach with fine gravel and suber water. Two restaurants nearby. Podgora can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. In the house was everything you need. The beds could be better and some things seem a bit outdated. Air conditioning would also be necessary in the bedrooms, not only in the dining/living room on the lower floor. All in all, we had a great stay.

It was close to the port and a pebble beach so perfect placement. we loved having a kitchen and a space in front of the house to have home cooked meals. Marija was extremely warm and easy to talk to. She gave us some really nice recommendations. it's so close to the lidl and the amenities are all there. it's clean and perfect for 2 people.

We were looking for accommodation on the island of Brac and found it in Pucisca! What a lovely village! Supermarkets, restaurants and even the beaches are at walking distance in a quiet but lively little town. We loved it! Lina is a very friendly host who offered an almost brand new apartment. Very clean and very complete! If we go back to Brac in the future, we will most certainly book this apartment again! Thank you Lina for a lovely stay!

Mirka is a great host! Always responded quickly, friendly and helpful. By car, it is easy to find and you have your own parking space in front of the apartment, but the street to it is very full of cars and narrow, so quiet driving. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed is that everything was very clean. The bedroom is large and has a beautiful view over the sea. There is also a spacious kitchen with seating area and a great bathroom where there is also a washing machine. In short, the apartment features all the facilities you need and it has a good atmosphere. The city center is within 5 minutes walking distance and to Split 15 minutes drive. But what you take this apartment for is the view. And the photos don't do it justice, it was breathtaking! A spacious terrace where you can sit or lie down. There is also a staircase that goes to the sea so you can dive there. For anyone who is in doubt and read this, do it!

we had a fantastic time at Marin’s place! The ground floor 1 bedroom appartement was perfect to discover Bol and Marin’s parents were so helpful and the best hosts throughout our stay. The terrace is shared with other tenants but everyone is mindful of each other’s privacy and the vibe is immaculate. One thing to mention : the road to the apartment is a bit steep from the city centre (ferry port, main beaches) but totally walkable (in 5-7 minutes) : you’ll be fine with a carryon luggage or backpack. Otherwise, perfect location, close to great restaurants, bakeries, bars and supermarkets. 100% recommend!

Ana’s house is very nice. It is very near the beach. A lot of restaurants around. The neighborhoods are quite and pleasant. A great holiday for my family! We recommend Ana’s house and I am sure the we will come again! Ana is a great host, a nice lady, very communicative and friendly! Thank you, Ana!

Ana and Sara super sweet ladies. We were warmly welcomed, got a lot of explanations about the sights in the area. Sara gave us good tips and gave a good address to eat! Very nice apartment! We'd love to come back if we're split again!

Just fantastic! Kristina is an amazing host, very friendly and super helpful. Her place is just perfect. Impeccably clean, every inch of the house decorated with so much taste as well as perfect location. Would definitely recommend and 10/10!!

Great location- close to the city centre for restaurants and bars/ clubs, equally close to the beach area and ferry ports. Should note lots of stairs to get up to the location as the homes are situated “above” the city centre area - no way around this. Easy to find the home based on Mo’s description, Mo was very responsive and helpful with coordinating our ferry arrival to the island etc. Space was clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning was amazing in the hot summer they are having right now. Neighbour was friendly and there for our assistance as well. All in all a great place to stay! We will be back!

We had a lovely stay in Simon's property. It was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom upstairs & another on the ground floor. The house is in a perfect location, a couple of minutes from the restaurants & shops. It has great character & was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Simon answered queries practically straight away. Staying there was a great experience for us. We would definitely stay again.

They gave me a weird hour! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly to us and especially the baby. The place has everything you need, also we had refreshments and treats waiting for us, which was very nice after a long drive. Comfortable bedrooms, great terrace overlooking the sea. The sea is close enough, there is also a small shop and restaurant nearby where we had dinner several times. There is a small beach with a convenient entry into the water where it was good to be with a child, and lots of rocky beaches.

We enjoyed staying in Zeljko' s place. Room is perfect for two people who spend most of the day on beach or outside. It is tidy, comfortable, cozy and on a perfect location. Outside of Split but near the sea (2 min by walking). Everything we needed was just in front, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

We stayed in Mirkos apartment for 6 nights in October and had a wonderful stay. The apartment has everything you might need and there was perfectly clean everywhere- in the apartment at the terrace and at the pool area. The beds and pillows are good quality and very comfortable. The aparment is situated in a nice quite area but still not too far from the town. We did not have trouble with the hills. There is a wonderful view and it all feels very private. Mirko has been an amazing host and has been extremely helpful and concerned about our well-being before and during the stay. Mirko’s father has been very kind and helpful too - he helped with the pillows in the pool area and offered us at knife to go pick clementines in the garden. He also was kind to tell about the history and culture of the area. The pool was a wonderful climax for the children and it was very nice clean and heated. Absolutly a place to recommend and a place we would love to come back to some day.

Anita's home was better than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. In the main accomodation there were six adults. It never felt cramped. We had two adults in the adjoining space and they were very comfortable. Both places were spotless. The pool area was great and perfect for having a beer after a day in the hot Croatian sun. The sun room was amazing. Anita greeted us. It was a good thing as it would have been a little difficult to find. If you are flying in to Split, and Anita offers you to get picked up, do it. The price is reasonable and you are so much better off if the driver knows the area. We went to an island tour, went to Split and to Krka National park and visted Old Town. Every meet up place was walking distance from the home. Old town was a 10 minute walk. This place is a gem - book it.

Beautiful apartment in original stone house. Very quiet with a nice local vibe close to the sea. Easy to get to Split by car and a lot cheaper than staying in the city. We can recommend the restaurant Nautilus within walking distance. Tihana gave lots of recommendations about beaches and restaurants which was very helpful. I can highly recommend the apartment.

Everything was perfect, and Ivanka was a great Host Good location, with parking place , very clean and comfortable .

The place is so cute. Fab location, so close to the old town, harbor, great restaurants and shopping. The stairs in the apartment are quite tight and steep….. so if you are not comfy with this, maybe it’s not the best place for you. It was no issue for me. The only other thing to note is that there is no ‘living room’, comfy seating area.We did not pay attention to this , so were a little surprised. Again not a deal breaker as we were barely in the apartment. Really nice touches, beach towels, lovely extra bedding, wine and candy. Really clean with everything you need.

Good communication with Darko, very friendly. He even proposed to come to the airport as I had a problem at the car rental. Good instructions, friendly parents of Darko waited for us. They prepared a plate with ham and cheese and we had also a bottle of wine, bread, some fruit and water in the fridge. The house was clean and the airco gave the whole house a fresh feeling (great as it was 35° at arrival). The upper floor had an airco unit that cools the whole floor. This is the most complete Airbnb house we ever stayed in: oil to bake, all spices like pepper and salt (an many more), enough kitchenware (in excellent condition) to cook if you want and everything you could wish for to have a nice stay (dishwasher, washing machine, tv in every room, vacuum cleaner...). They have enough toilet paper and tablets for the dishwasher for the whole stay. It sounds stupid, but these are details that make a difference. Darko is always available for questions and answers quickly. We loved it!

The place was clean, same as in the pictures. Very comfortable, well-equipped kitchen for 4 people, two bedrooms, two toilets. Parking was a little tricky because although there was a free parking lot in front of the entrance to the apartment, we should have entered a very narrow street and didn't risk it with skoda octavia. There was free parking in a small courtyard next to the house, where, of course, they always stand in front of the entrance, and in the parking lot that's always full, closer to the sea. Of course, there will be a free space at night, but we had to pay for 2 days for parking for 3-3 hours. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, as well as a lot of restaurants very close, a convenience store is also a 3-minute walk away. It rained one day during the vacation, and I think it proves how good the accommodation is, that we were in the whole time, and we had a good time. Thank you Ana! 😊
