Vacation rentals with beach access in Boyne City

A well-appointed, lovely studio apartment in walking distance to trails, shops and the bay! Hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with.

this place was absolutely wonderful. i came here for my fall break with my partner, and it made an incredible trip. it is extremely cute, and feels very private despite being an upstairs apartment. there was something new to do every day, and the guidebook included at the apartment helped IMMENSELY. it’s nice and modern on the inside, but still has that “up north” cozy feel that makes you want to bundle up and drink a hot chocolate, lol. everything about this stay was easy and extremely navigable. i didn’t have to think about anything regarding the place, how to get places, what to do around town— and that’s why it was absolutely perfect. i didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. it was awesome!! we were so sad to go when it was over, and wished we could have stayed for longer. we will absolutely be coming back :)

we have stayed in Air BNB's all over the world. This is one of the best ones. Truly worth every penny. It's incredibly clean and homey. Lots of extra blankets and good amount of linens and LOVED the recommendations list. We will be back for sure!!

Perfect cozy little retreat. Great location! Walking distance to downtown Walloon and 6-8 minutes to Boyne City or Petoskey.

Stayed the night to meet up with some old friends. It was perfect for our needs (cooking together; space to play boardgames). Easy walking distance to the lake and a nice coffee spot.

This place is such a gem! It is a couple blocks to the public beach and marina at Lake Charlevoix and also walking distance to the downtown area, which is a quaint beach town right on the water. Beautiful sunsets and the fall colors were amazing around the lake! I had a conference at Boyne Mountain and it was an easy 10 minute drive. Brenda's place is exactly as described. It had everything needed in the kitchen including stove, refrig, coffee pot, microwave and all the dinnerware and utensils needed. Bathroom is off the cozy living room and there is a small table for eating or working. Wifi was fast. The bed was comfortable and the shower is right off the bedroom. The front porch is adorable and arriving at night, it was lit up with christmas lights. Responds quickly, easy check-in, super clean and she added little touches that made you feel welcome such as mints on the table and a welcome bag. We are talking about coming back next summer already!

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

Our stay at Kathy’s place was perfect! The rental was spotless upon are arrival and Kathy was extremely flexible with check in and checkout. Her communication before and during our stay was outstanding and prompt. Kathy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during are stay. I would definitely recommend her place and happily rent from her again in the future.

What a great vacation home. Plenty of room and spaces in this sprawling ranch with 3 living areas, two kitchens and large dining table perfect for a big family or group of friends. Loved the sauna, access to the beach just across the street, and pool table. Troy kept us informed and up to date with all aspects of our stay. Quickly responded to any questions. We would love to come back again.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Such a beautiful property! It was quiet and serene. The inside was spacious but comfortable, we felt right at home! Since it was a little chilly when we went, I was still able to enjoy the views of the lake from the couch with a cup of coffee. Brenda is a great host, very responsive, provided clear instructions, and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was as described- very clean and nicely updated, in a quiet neighborhood. We saw gorgeous sunrises over the lake, and stunning fall colors all around. We even got to take the kayaks out to the island. We appreciated Brendan’s tips for the house and the area. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. Brendan was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a good stay.

Spent the weekend here for my wife's birthday with some friends. Great location for winery tours/local food, and everything you would need inside and out. Roger is a very responsive host and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay as welcoming as possible. Plenty of room inside the house for sleeping for 3 adult couples, could've even fit a 4th no problem in the loft. Home was spacious and the screened in porch is a great hangout spot overlooking the lake.

This was the PERFECT home for our bachelorette party. Minutes away from the wineries we’d planned to visit. Equally close to downtown TC and SB. GORGEOUS view. They had a beautiful, pristine house full of things to do, kitchen tools, soaps etc. By far the best AirBNB thus far. Thank you!

Great place--beautiful lake, quiet street. There are hot and cold spots in the three level house which owner and prop manager are trying to correct. Property manager very responsive to request for towels, help finding vacuum and above HVAC issues.

The location was great! We were able to walk a lot and we saw a freighter.

Great location and warm welcoming home stocked with essentials plus nice touches like firewood ready hot chocolate and coffee. The facilities and pool are great. Have stayed here several times and will be coming back again.

What a wonderful condo! Very cozy with a full kitchen and wood burning fireplace. Perfect for a winter night! Loved everything about this place. We will definitely go back. Hosts were very responsive and gave a great welcome email with lots of area information.

Greg was the perfect host for a holiday week. He checked in regarding the condo as well as with the road conditions. Snow in northern Michigan is not for the faint of heart! The lake effect snow machine was a beautiful addition to a great week.

Shannon's place was absolutely beautiful!! We had a girls weekend and enjoyed walking to the beautiful beach, hanging out in the house, and exploring the area. The beds were so comfortable as were the furnishings every where. This was the perfect place for our weekend trip!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The place was immaculate and the host very sweet and responsive. We also liked the proximity to restaurants- we easily Ubered and walked to our destinations. A great experience overall!

This place was super clean, great location in the downtown area, walkable to several brewery’s and had a parking spot! The place was very well stocked and would we a great place to stay short term or long term.
