what can I say!! open the door to be met by a lovely fresh clean smell and a well stocked and thoughtful hamper, fresh fruit bowl and loaf of bread on the table. Big tell in the lounge area. tv in other rooms, all with Internet. Fresh milk in the fridge. The host definitely has put a lot of thought in to this place. All the kitchen utensils you could shake a stick at. Rebecca was very responsive to a couple of questions I had which was great. all beds were extremely comfy. Best caravan we've stayed in by far. Can't wait to return.

Clair was an amazing host. She answered quick when I messaged and the caravan was absolutely perfect for me and my two kiddies. Well kitted out and very clean. Love Camber and go there often. This time it was a home from home with all the comforts needed, WiFi was perfect and a TV in every room! Lovely setting and not too far from restaurants.

Really great stay at Coco By The Bay. The place is appointed really nicely and has much bigger floor space and lovely high ceilings than the pictures can show. It was immediately very homely and although I was worried about it being cold in the winter weather, it was very cozy. The thermostat was set prior to our arrival and therefore was always warm to come back to after the countryside or across the road on the beach. Angela had got the place warm, clean and ready for arrival, so this was welcome after a long journey from 'up North'! Communication was EXCELLENT- very pro-active with clear check in and check out instructions. Decent wifi connection and kitchen well appointed for longer stays. The coffee machine was very welcome from my point of view- felt like a high end hotel suite! Also, the use of a comfy sofa bed was welcomed due to my snoring! Very romantic main bedroom with feature fireplace. Blinds might be welcome for lounge windows and cobwebs removed around windows but minor

A wonderful place in a great location, only a 10minute drive from the heart of Canterbury and still peaceful and quiet. Great woods across the road for morning walks. The house is spacious with all the amenities you will need. We really enjoyed our stay there!

We stayed here to celebrate Christmas this year, as well as the homecoming of my son after 5 years in Australia. We felt at home straight away. The bungalow is cosy, decorated to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. The hot tub is an added bonus! There was a slight glitch when we first arrived, but Jamie came over immediately and fixed it for us. Throughout the whole process, Jamie has been the most responsive Airbnb host I have ever known- nothing was too much trouble! We have had a wonderful few days celebrating Christmas as a family back together again and have made many happy new memories. Thank you for hosting us Jamie!

We had a lovely few days here over Christmas. The caravan was spotless, warm and very comfortable. The park was so quiet and a walk along the coastal path on Christmas morning was very special. We really appreciated the Christmas decorations too!

Wendy is a lovely and very hospitable person, she makes you feel instantly welcomed and at ease. Her dog honey is an amazing addition and as is karen who has some amazing recommendations and is a lovely hostess. We unfortunately had to leave early due to family issues but would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to visit that area
