Such a great stay, every thing was spot on. We were very happy, great location for us. Highly recommend will visit again.

Tamsin & David were very friendly hosts, reply quickly and were very caring and helpful as we arrived in the midst of a class red storm. David called to check we were ok and gave advice to weather the storm. The home was spotless, very light and well equipped, underfloor heating was a treat and there's a nice little courtyard which would be good in the summer. There's a lot of attention to detail - Christmas cushions had been put out - which was really nice and showed a lot of thought. Windows, cupboards etc were child proofed which was good. The bungalow is within easy drive to Bath centre but there didn't appear to be much within walking range of an evening. We didn't mind this, being winter it was nice to stay warm indoors. Being at the top of a hill it may not be ideal if you have walking issues. The approach to the drive is very steep so something to be mindful of, plus backing out onto the main road. Overall this is a great value place, very homely and we had a lovely time.

It was a beautiful place and looked just like the photos - spacious and light, very cosy particularly with the wood fire blazing and such a beautiful outlook. Danni was a perfect host and was very responsive. Overall we had a lovely time. You do need to park about 100 yards away but even though we had large bags we didn’t find this a problem. We would definitely come back.

Great place to stay for large groups. We had visited from New Zealand and were staying with UK family, it suited our needs perfectly.

Fantastic place to stay. Breathtaking location, great amenities, house is clutter free, great restaurants pubs in walking distance. Great base for exploring cotswold with family and friends. Third bedroom does not have wardrobe/storage. Fourth bedroom is a sofa bed downstairs so difficult to get young kids to sleep there on their own. Master bedroom is very spacious!

Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

Great place to stay. Right next to the city and close to the towpath to have lovely walks along the river. We left some stuff there And the host got it back to us safely. Very helpful

Spent a lovely couple of days exploring Stourhead gardens and estate, the Terrace was the perfect place to stay with our two dogs and baby. Amazing walks straight from the house and lovely views to boot.

Great apartment within easy walking distance into Bath. Everything you need on your doorstep. Great to visit Bath Christmas market. Apartment has everything you need & good communication from host. Will be back as it’s so handy for Bath centre.

Terrific apartment, beautifully presented, ideally suited for a weekend stay in Bath. We loved the fifteen minute walk up and down to town though this might not suit everyone. Parking was a real bonus and takes the pressure off having to make arrangements.

Thank you Louise, what a wonderful stay at Gilda’s Garden again! It’s such a gorgeous place, and never fails to impress. There had been some renovations since our last stay and now the two beautiful bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom each, which is very convenient, and we loved the new open plan look of the living area. We came to visit the Bath Christmas markets, and it was so lovely to find the house so beautifully decorated as well, with Christmas tree twinkling in the corner! We can’t recommend Gilda’s garden highly enough, it’s in such a great position, only a 5 minute walk to town and situated in a lovely, quiet, leafy road by the river, right across the road from Sainsbury’s as well, which is very handy. Louise was super helpful as always and when we had a query about the heating controls, she was on site within minutes to sort it out. All in all, another fabulous stay, and we will definitely be back again!

Back from a lovely few days in this apartment visiting Bath for the first time. It's in an ideal location, with the city centre just a 5 minute walk away; and of course with Landrace Bakery only two roads away. The interior was really well thought out, and mirrored the images on the posting. Super comfortable, with everything we could need. Even earplugs, but they weren't needed despite it being a manic opening weekend for the Christmas markets. We'll be saving this place for future visits. A great all round place to stay, plenty of room, cool rooftop area, good facilities and the location is fantastic. Connor was very attentive and the instructions were all nice and clear too. Would definitely stay again!

Has a lovely stay, for an old property was always warm & cosy with comfortable beds. We were met at the property on arrival & shown around which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisa's beautiful apartment. Lisa was extremely communicative and helpful, we were delighted to see the apartment had a Christmas tree and decorations. for the festive season.

This lovely basement apartment was the Perfect place to stay. The location is a stone throw away from the shopping area, but very quiet We had a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well kitted out including tea and coffee. Amazing court yard. Shame it was too cold to appreciate it but what a lovely space. Would rebook again

I absolutely loved staying in this property because it's beautifully designed and a lot of thought has gone into it. I also appreciate lightbulbs that are not stark, i.e. low energy bulbs where the incorrect 'white' has been used. I felt safe in this building even though I was alone and I'm a single woman. Everything works as it should be no nasty surprises anyway. Hosts were super helpful as I needed to move immediately from an uninhabitable Airbnb property that was falsely advertised. I will definitely stay again at this property or any other property by his host. I have a keen eye for detail and appreciate good service and getting what I paid for. I highly recommend this company and this property as I definitely feel I got more for my money than I expected. I always leave honest reviews – whether positive or negative – so other guests can benefit from my experience.
