it was a really nice place. it was difficult to locate as the road wasn't very lit. we struggled to find the lockbox but eventually got inside after a few minutes. it was a really nice spot, clean and tidy. it was very cosy also fairly affordable, roughly £300 for 4 nights which is good. wouldn't mind staying here again

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Bath and enjoyed the walk into the city centre from this location. It took us around 10-20 minute to get to all the places we wanted to go to and the walk was a great way to see some of the city. The place itself was cosy and James made us feel welcome by giving us easy to follow instructions and even left us some milk to make our own coffees in the morning which was a lovely gesture. The bed was comfy and the area was quiet to enjoy a great night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Excellent stay. Communication was great, very clear instructions and helpful host. Free parking space is extremely convenient. Very good location; 10min walk from city centre. Flat is in good condition. Reasonable price.

A really lovely flat in one of the nicest streets in Bath. Well equipped, clean and Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended - you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed away for the New Year's period and was amazed in unearthing a hidden gem just off Camden Crescent! Great location with easy parking immediately outside the property and just a 10 minute walk from town (likely recommend a taxi to head back up the hill however!) all you can ever ask for, perfect for a place to just sleep or spend a lazy few days away with all that Bath and the flat has to offer. Would highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a couple's getaway!

We loved the flat. We ve been there for 2 nights, very close walking to the Center of town. For sure we will be back if we visit Bath again

Jessica was extremely helpful and gave great instructions. The apartment had everything we needed. Great location. Had a very enjoyable stay. The only slight downfall was it was a little noisy in front bedroom at closing time at the pub opposite.

Katrina was an amazing host. Went above and beyond . The apartment was beautifully clean, a super comfortable bed, lovely and Warm. The information book was very informative, we went for my best friends bday and Katrina hosting made our weekend special. She’s a credit to AirBnB , thanks Katrina 🥰🥰

Great stay. A lovely place to stay, perfect for me whilst working in the area for a few days. Spotlessly clean, quiet and well equipped. Lovely views on all sided too. Very well placed for key travel routes.

Perfect location, centre of Bath, parking nearby, walking distance to the station and overlooking a park. Luxurious place with a well fitted kitchen, including an island with two sinks, dishwasher and a built in deep fat fryer amongst other things. Awesome. It would be a bit pricey for a couple, but between six of us it was a bargain.

Just recently returned from an amazing weekend to celebrate my partners 50th birthday! From the moment I booked Eleanor was fantastic, she organised for birthday balloons and a bottle of bubbly and went out of her way to make it special. The apartment was spotless, and felt home from home. The spa … amazing! Again spotless and so relaxing. If you are looking for a place to get away to unwind…this is definitely the place to book. Thank you Eleanor and Wayne for making this weekend special, and for being perfect hosts. Will definitely be returning at some point!

It was better than I expected! It was cosy and felt like home; the service and amenities were spot on. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs an escape away for the weekend or longer! Perfect spot to walkable places in Bath. Would definitely come again in the near future!

A lovely one night stay when visiting bath. This is such a lovely flat and would be great for friends or families. The hot tub was obviously the highlight but the whole flat was beautiful and always nice to have two bathrooms. We also washed and dried our clothes and washing pods were provided. Very pleased. Thank you!

It was an amazing stay at The Annex. Loved every bit of it. The place is immaculate, has all the necessary facilities. Great attention has been paid to every minute details in order to make your feel at home. Host was very responsive and helped us fix minor glitches during our stay. The hot tub, of course, was an amazing experience. The room was squeaky clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. IT WAS A SPLENDID STAY. Basic, as described, but had everything we needed. Corinna very helpful, was able to give us a lift and provide breakfast and an evening meal. Chillie was delicious and very generous portions. Ideally situated on Offa's Dyke path, exactly halfway between Chepstow and Monmouth. Just about walkable to a lovely pub, The George. Good food, beer and friendly.

Stunning, peaceful property with beautiful views over the countryside. Linda gave clear instructions to help find the property, and Mike popped over to welcome us once we were settled. They were very helpful and responsive hosts, who clearly cared that we had a lovely time while there. The property is cosy and beautiful - it looked as good if not better than in the photos. We stayed with our dog, Sprocket, so found the enclosed garden to be the perfect, safe little outside area for him to explore between walks and visits to local villages (Painswick is gorgeous, and Sunday lunch at The Painswick was fab). Sprocket especially enjoyed our visits from the neighbouring cows, and the odd spot of a deer in the field we overlooked. We absolutely would recommend and hope to return! Couldn’t recommend the apartment more! It was perfect as a central but quiet and peaceful little home for a few days. The apartment was beautiful and the outdoor bath was amazing. Thank you to Jordan for all of the great communication leading up to our wonderful stay!
