Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bournemouth

From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with Sonia's beautiful home! A huge garden, with plenty of games ready for our kids and plenty of drive to park our three cars. The house was beautifully decorated and set up. And absolutely spotless! Huge, warm 5 bedrooms with lots of bed space, storage and even some bath robes in the master bedroom. The cinema room lounge was a huge hit and we loved having our special birthday meal in the formal lounge/diner. Superb, quiet location. Loved the 30mins walk through the park towards the beach & pier. Sonia could not have accommodated us better & we have come away with fantastic memories of my husband's 50th birthday. The cake & fizz were such a kind touch! Please can we all come back soon.....?!

Great time staying here, Clare kindly let us arrive earlier than the allocated time which was really helpful. The house perfect for our needs and lovely to have outside space for our 4 legged friend. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful home to have stayed in, so spacias and clean, it is fully equipped with everything you need and more! The property has an amazing garden with the hot tub, which was just perfect. The property is located centrally with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and is also a 5minute walk to boscombe peer. I would definitely come back for a stay in the Summer. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive to all communications.

Had a fantastic stay at Anna’s house which is beautiful and a perfect spot for a family holiday. Our 2 year old boy was over the moon when he saw all the toy cars to play with and my 5 year old girl loved the house so much she wanted to stay forever. Great location close to Sobo beach and lots of great recommendations for local restaurants/ takeaways. The outdoor shower was perfect for filling up the paddling pool in the afternoon. Absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be booking to stay again next year!

Laura’s home is a beautifully designed and decorated home which makes you feel comfortable and peaceful straight away. We loved the minimalist design and amazing subtle styling of the house and garden. Laura was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed a wonderful stay with long days at Mudeford beach and surrounds x

Celia’s home was bright and comfortable with lots of lovely touches. Lots of toys and books to keep everyone entertained and a smart outside space for relaxing and running off any excess energy before bedtime! Would love to stay again, x

Perfect place for a celebration. We had a 60th birthday family gathering. Beautiful location and just a perfect house. Very spacious and wonderful facilities - we all enjoyed the pool table, table tennis and the hot tub. Great open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room. Highly recommended

Vicki was an awesome host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. She left us a lovely basket of goodies which went down like a treat. The kids toy room was a huge bonus for us as we had little ones. They enjoyed it as well as the outside grass space. Spacious and exactly like advertised. Thanks Vicki (and Carolina). We stayed at Elizabeth’s for a few days when visiting family nearby. It was perfect for our purpose and we found Elizabeth very friendly and accommodating. Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed the trampoline!

We had a wonderful stay at the flat in Boscombe! The two of us had a cozy home for the time and we enjoyed cooking and having a break from the traveling! Everything was super straightforward and stress free! Anytime again!

Very comfortable apartment, well-maintained and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with lovely crisp linens. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were some nice welcome goodies waiting for us. The apartment's location is excellent, just off the high street with easy walking to restaurants and shops, and the large private parking space was really useful. Despite the location it was quiet, no noise from the street or the neighbours. We would happily go back. The drive to Lymington through the New Forest is very scenic, especially in the autumn, and from the apartment it was easy to walk along the coastal path to Keyhaven and Milford on Sea, with a good bus service if you don't want to walk back!

This is a great find, the location is perfect with Bournemouth beach or city centre easily walkable but also buses to other beaches that stop virtually outside. Surrounded by good restaurants.

Great location short walk to the beach and shops, Lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Clean and tidy accommodation with bonus of having free parking space, tight entry for cars but squeezed through in an SUV.

This is our third stay in 2 years and we love it. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away, easy reach of the beach and beautiful sea views!

It’s our second time staying in Clare’s apartment. It’s a great base for a Swanage and Dorset coast stay. It’s a short walk to the beach and not far from the town centre. The apartment itself is cosy and homely and very well equipped.

One of the best night stays we've had. Everything was as the advert mentioned including a Christmas tree and Christmas trimmings to make it feel extra special. We're due to come back next year and will definitely see if we can stay here again.

What a beautiful place, set in an incredible location. Emily and Ed sent clear instructions and information from the start, and everything was as explained - with some extra little touches that really made our stay. Everything was so neat and tidy but still homely and cosy. The location is so enchanting, we wished we'd been able to stay longer! We loved our stay here and would definitely book again.

This was our second stay and everything was just as good as the first time. David is a brilliant communicator and very helpful. We really appreciated the flexibility he was able to offer with check in and check out. The location is amazing. Very close to the beach and to the many shops and restaurants of Southbourne. The flat is exactly as described and is kitted out really well. Everything works and is in good order! Would recommend unreservedly.

Fantastic stay & Cloud 9. From the get go, even prior to booking, Sam was responded quickly to all communications. Place was exactly as described, and exactly as per the photographs. Beautifully decorated & furnished with a view to die for. Our first experience of Airbnb, Sam has set the bar very high!
