Fantastic new year break. The house is really spacious and perfect for a group of 4 adults and 4 children. Kitchen was very well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. Ideal location, just a short walk from the beach and town.

A truly luxurious peaceful weekend with good friends. Beautiful home, so comfortable- had everything we needed. Location is excellent for beach/es and walks. Comfortable beds, plenty of room: six of us did yoga in the hall! Hot tub was fun, plenty of outdoor chairs and tables and the BBQ was perfect for a meal on the Saturday eve. Host Louise was lovely. Thanks so much for the experience: plenty of memories made:)

Lovely stay. Very clean, nice garden area and walking distance to Yarmouth. Great views. Some considerations if planning to stay... The layout is with kitchen and living area on the middle floor, one bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Worked fine for us but worth bearing in mind if young children as the room with bunk beds is a long way from the other rooms. There are also two tables seating four each so can't all eat together if a large group. The parking is a bit tricky if two cars as to park next to the house one car has to go in the garage which is a squeeze for a large car/can't open the doors properly. There is free parking a short distance away though as another option. Overall it was great

Our party consisted of a family group aged from 8 to 82 years of age...ALL of us have thoroughly enjoyed staying in your AirBnB. It is a beautiful property in a gorgeous location. Thank you, Amy, we will definitely book again.

We had a lovely 3 night stay as a family of 4 plus our dog and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the new forest and coast. The accommodation was lovely and clean with lots of thoughtful touches, and finished to a high standard plus the view of the sea is a real bonus! Nicky was a great host

We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all

We had a lovely family time at the Beach House, visited a new place every day and made dinner at the Beach house in the evenings, the kitchen is so well equipped, Comfy beds , wonderful view, my granddaughter loved the binoculars, nice touch . Highly recommend especially as the location is great, on the beach in 5 minutes at the most .

Great property in a stunning location. A stones throw away from Mudeford beach which offered lovely walks & also the Noisy lobster restaurant which had nice evening meals & also breakfast from the cafe. The Maven pub is a 5 minute stroll to the quay. The house itself was very spacious with a nice garden, inside provided all that needed and very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others & will be looking to return in the future.

We had a lovely few days here. The accommodation was ideal for our family of 4 and our little dog. Located very close to the beautiful local beach and easy reach of excellent restaurants and cafes. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. We had a great holiday!

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Definitely would revisit. Great location, especially for my parents who are limited in how far they can walk before needing a breather. Place was cosy for 6 of us, but never too much under each other's feet. Evenings, all warm and cosy especially with the fire.

Stayed at Helen's holiday home near the sea for a week - I could have stayed longer! Perfect location, both in terms of the New Forest (walkable distance to the beach/sea and not far from other local attractions) and location in the caravan park itself (two minutes one way is a good sized playground my five year old happily made lots of use of, two minutes the other way you are at reception, pool (again, used plenty), restaurant, etc). The home was plenty big enough for the three of us, its comfortable, has everything you might need (sharp knives in the kitchen - unheard of in a rental!) and a spacious deck out front (we didn't unfortunately make use of the deck as although sunny our stay was early in the season so quite windy). Helen was really helpful before our stay and was quick enough to answer any questions I had. I would happily recommend Helen's home (and the site as a whole) and am hoping she will allow us to come stay again sometime.

amazing few days at the holiday park weather ok sat on veranda in the sun at what a sun trap it is. holiday home spotless in a lovely quiet part of the park near the gate to the beach 15 min walk. We cooked and everything was there we needed to make a decent meal, the restaurant on the site did takeaway service very good.Great nights sleep on comfortable beds, both bathrooms were fantastic size, plenty of storage, kitchen fitted out brilliantly everything there you need. Will definitely be coming back.

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

It is one of the best airbnb I have been stayed. Sea view, peaceful, very quiet, house was very neat and clean, spacious and all the amenities as required. Sarah is very lovely, friendly and replied instantly when help required. Highly recommended.

We were a multigenerational family group , including young grandchildren, wanting a nice relaxing holiday by the seaside, with things to do for everyone. The Gate House was exactly what we needed, with lots of room and excellent facilities! We had shared time and privacy with large communal living and dining space and a lovely enclosed safe garden and outdoor dining facilities. We knew the area but the recommended dining options were excellent. Great beers from The Bus, excellent wood fire pizzas from the beach pop up, great burgers by Fat Shaun and a Greek takeaway from the Piano bar.,with Sunset drinks in The Albion. An easy short walk to the beach, which though a bit pebbly was an ideal location on the sunny days for family fun, with Sandcastles. The sea was good for paddling, jumping and swimming and easy access to the cafe for drinks and ice creams. Sam and Simon were excellent hosts and we have no problem in recommending this fantastic holiday venue and hosts!

Absolutely beautiful home. Everything has been thought of. Incredible location. Great amenities, well stocked, decor is modern & clean. Beds very comfortable. Secure garden ideal for kids and dog. House has everything you need. Great access to beach, quay, parks, dog walks. Lovely restaurants and takeaways close by. Would absolutely return in the future. Thank you for having us!

We had a family holiday here with nine adults and a baby, and had the most amazing time. The house is beautiful and huge, and had loads of space for all of us. The hot tub and swimspa were both big hits and it was a real treat every day. The location is fantastic and is really close to the beach, and a half hour walk or so along the coast path to Bournemouth. I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an extended family holiday in the area.

We had a fabulous girls weekend at this property and would absolutely recommend this place for a nice long weekend by the coast. Rooms were lovely, beds were comfortable and the space was clean and spacious. The host even kindly left us some Easter cakes which were delicious! The property is close to the coast and a lovely restaurant called ‘Pebble Beach’ where we had a delicious dinner! We hired hot tub for the weekend which was great, particularly as the sun showed up for us! We didn’t even feel like we had to leave the property at all, we were having such a good time. Thank you for such a great stay! Would definitely recommend :)
