Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Boulder City

We needed a last minute place to stay in Vegas off the strip. Michael responded right away and was very inviting, even though it was last minute. The home was beautiful, pool was pristine and comfortable temperature, every amenity needed for a home away from home was thought about and provided. It was the perfect location if you are looking to go to Vegas, but want a place away from the strip to reenergize and rest before doing it all again. Checking in and check out was easy with instructional videos to go with the written instructions. One of the nicest parts at the end of our trip was being instructed to just relax, pop some popcorn and all cleaning was 100% included so no need to even strip the beds. Con- no early check-in (so plan arrival or activities around 4 pm check in time). 🙂 Overall, highly recommended home and working with Michael was a dream.

BOOK IT!! I cannot recommend Ricardo and this property enough. Ricardo was super responsive to all of our inquiries: from answering small questions in under an hour; to resolving a minor issue that evening; to parsing out important information about checking in within a week-prior reminder message and day-prior reminder. I honestly wish all hosts were as fantastic as Ricardo. Fantastic experience. This property is beautiful as well. There's a ton of space and the area is relatively quiet. There's a grocery store a few minutes away - it's honestly probably walkable. It's a really easy drive to the strip as well. We spent a significant amount of time in the pool/hot tub and it was well worth it. We will definitely be booking again if we need a place to stay while visiting Vegas in the future.

Nicolle was absolutely amazing and very helpful. She was always quick to respond and actually showed up to help when we were needing help in a situation. The place is so cozy, cute, comfortable, and clean. We didn’t get a chance to play mini golf but we absolutely loved having the pool table to chill and relax at night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Amazing location, quiet neighborhood, but close to the freeway in case we needed to head out somewhere. Love this place so much! Highly recommend!

Barton was a great host and very quick responses. The house was everything we wanted and more. The welcome basket was very nice and thoughtful. Having en suite bathrooms in the three main bedrooms was great, too. We’d love to stay here again!

Our stay was great. Lots of space for a large family, the furniture and beds were comfortable and pleasing to the eye. We enjoyed the tv, game room and the hot tub. The house is in a beautiful area. It was nice staying in a new part of Las Vegas. The hosts were responsive and available. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great communication, clean and comfortable place!

Tong’s place was amazing with all the essentials available. The place was cozy and not a far drive from the Strip. You also gain access to the gym and pool which was a plus. I recommend this place to people who are looking for a comfy stay.

This was a great space to stay for my short work trip. Exactly as shown in pictures and comfortable. The air conditioning works great too! Highly recommend.

This place was perfect, has everything that you might need, and only about 8 minutes from the strip. I extended my stay at the last minute and Yaimy was SO accommodating. Sidebar: There is a speaker built into the lightbulb in the bathroom that was so cool. The place is up to date and so convenient.

This is a beautiful apartment. Everything is high end, very well coordinated and extremely clean. Loved the king bed and the awesome rain shower. There is a little courtyard outside the door that allows you to sit outside and where you can smoke. The location isn't far from the strip. Very quiet and private.

Great location; spacious suite; all necessary amenities; lots of closet and dresser drawers. So close to the Las Vegas Strip without the big hotel prices.

Tony's place was clean and tidy and in a great location. He was always fast with responding and check in was easy. Great experience overall!

Pat and Bernie were excellent hosts. Always responsive and helpful, they provided us with a pack and play making their place was perfect for my wife, myself, and our 18 month old. We really enjoyed the location Pat and Bernie’s place with access to the strip pretty easily outdoors or through an indoor corridor via MGM Grand when the temperature was a little too high for us. What we appreciated as well with a toddler is the peace and quiet the place provided after an exciting day in the city.

Look no further. I won’t gate keep. From the moment I reached out to Peter, he was very helpful with my requests. Arriving to the property we were greeted by respectful employees . The check in process was very simple and easy. When we arrived to the suite it was up to standard. Beautiful. Hands down the best place we stayed. It’s a 1 bedroom but easily can be used as a 2bd. It’s so big and ample. The balcony was wrap around and had the most amazing views. My family of four consists my husband and our three year old twins . The twins fit right in and made themselves at home. We all had a bitter sweet goodbye. Peter’s place has easily turned into our vacation home for each time we visit Las Vegas! Hope to see you again in September.

This stay was wonderful! Khalida is extremely responsive and her hospitality went leaps and bounds beyond other experiences I’ve had. Would definitely recommend and stay if I find myself coming back to Vegas!

We enjoyed our 4-day weekend, which combined both outdoor activity and time on The Strip. This community is very nice, pretty and quiet. The pool area is lovely. We made day trips to Valley of Fire SP, Red Rock Canyon scenic loop, and Boulder Dam. The condo itself was a good size for two people. We appreciated the underground parking and the key pad entries. It was a very nice stay!

The magical suite was more than just magical. It was otherworldly! Such an aesthetically pleasing setup and lots of amenities available. Sela and Demarie did an exceptional job having the place decorated with flowers and balloons for my wife’s birthday. She was in awe as soon as we walked into the room. Would definitely recommend, it is worth every second!!!
