What a great place to stay for our annual family trip to Vegas. Taylor was very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and very spacious. It was in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the highway which made going to the strip very accessible. Lovely home, totally recommend!

Such a great place to stay at definitely would come back again! The neighborhood is so peaceful and it was a short 12 minutes from the strip. The beds were so comfortable and we felt right at home. This house has everything you could need, recommend this place for everyone!

The property was absolutely beautiful—hands down the most stunning Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate and well maintained, and it truly exceeded all expectations. It was worth every penny, and I honestly don’t think I can visit Vegas again without staying in a place like this—or ideally, this exact one! The host was phenomenal—thoughtful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She even surprised us with breakfast on our last day, which was such a special touch. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Brandon’s place. The house was huge with plenty of space for our party of 6. The beds were great. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Brandon was very friendly and quickly responded to our questions. It’s not far from the strip. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place. Just like the photos. Very clean and well kept. Comfortable beds and a great thoughtful design. The pool was clean and warm, perfect for kids and families. very close to the strip and less than a mile from a grocery store/target and it has every utensil you could need for cooking. I visit Vegas often and will always choose this place when I have my kids! Thanks lily!

this was easy feom beginning to end. nice spot way up high, lovely studio, super comfy bed, Giant Jacuzzi tub, clean, totally quiet. the pool at the Signature Tower 2 was nice. Easy check in, valets were fast. would totally stay there again.

The resort is beautiful and quiet. We liked being able to park in the garage with close proximity to the elevators. We stayed in building 1 facing the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo so we could wash our clothes before traveling. We were in town for a family wedding so this was a great place to come back to for some peace and quiet.

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

Nice location just off the strip but really short walk to Gold Coast, and Rio. Spacious accommodation, ground floor unit, right by the main pool. Even though it was downstairs and next to a common area, you didn't hear anything going on outside unless you opened the door. Will stay again.
