We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly made our day. The location is great too, with a mall just a short driving away that includes Whole Foods and plenty of dining options. There’s even a small playground in that mall, which our kids absolutely loved. Although the property is off the Strip, we didn’t mind at all since there’s a convenient shuttle available. We also enjoyed the hotel’s view lounge and all the pool areas — such a relaxing experience! This place is perfect for a family vacation in Las Vegas, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. One more thing worth mentioning: the listed checkout time was 11am, but it is 10am. When I asked if we could extend it to 11am, they kindly allowed it with no hesitation and no extra charge. Amazing hospitality!

Had a great experience here—needed a place for a long-term stay and this condo was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, close to everything you need, only about 15ish min to the strip and the airport. The condo itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had great storage space, which made settling in so much easier. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful—anytime we had a question or small issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it right away. We really appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

Perfect for a girls night out the strip was 15 minutes away at most. There was a grocery store and a Starbucks only four minutes away from where we were staying, very private loved how she had emergency essentials, a girl needed. A beautiful station for the girls to get ready. I will for sure be coming back.

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Carmen's place. The cleanliness and the accommodations were best than an hotel. Plenty parking spaces next to the accommodation. Next time I go to Vegas, I hope I can stay there again.

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

Great host and hotel staff, good location, large comfy room, nice pool, and ample parking. Solid affordable choice that's about a $10 uber ride to anywhere on the strip. Would book again.

Palm Place is a great building and Melissa’ condo has great views and is very comfortable. The building has good amenities and being off the strip gives a better feel for the city.

Wonderful corner suite within a great residential tower with views, privacy, a great workout facility and close parking garage. Very unique and cool artwork too -- what's not to love? Hosts are responsive and courteous. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again without hesitation.

Great location and nice views from the 39th floor. Having a kitchen area is super helpful, and the jacuzzi tub/walk in shower were very nice. Although not easily walkable to the strip from here, it's easy enough to get a Lyft ride anywhere you need to go. Pool and adjoining restaurant were nice and their team was super friendly, and you have access to the Palms pools. Check in was super easy and was much like a hotel, and William was very clear and timely with all information about check-in, amenities, etc.. Really nothing negative about our experience!

This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

Great location, amazing host

Nice location just off the strip but really short walk to Gold Coast, and Rio. Spacious accommodation, ground floor unit, right by the main pool. Even though it was downstairs and next to a common area, you didn't hear anything going on outside unless you opened the door. Will stay again.
