Our family with 3 children had a wonderful couple of days here. The swimming pool with the inflatables was everything we hoped it would be. The bed linen and towels were very clean and it was very convenient having so many bathrooms. Kitchen had all we needed and plenty of room to eat at the dining table or lounge on the comfortable sofas Near to Chichester when we managed to prise the children from the pool. Justin quick to reply to any questions we had. Children are asking when we are coming back so that is our plan!! Thankyou Justin

We had the most wonderful stay in Bramdean. Neil our host was fantastic, on hand when needed, helpful, polite, but not interfering. The cottage is fabulous; cosy and comfortable. Peaceful and private. The large hot tub was amazing and Neil checked on levels etc to ensure it worked well for the duration of our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with store cupboard items such as herbs, spices, oil and there were lots of kitchen utensils which was great for us because we mainly cooked at the property. The bathrooms are fabulous. The whole property is beautifully decorated and as the pictures. We were sad to go as the stay was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The Cottage can be a bit tricky to find but if you use what3words and follow Neil's instructions then it is easy. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back in the near future.

We had a wonderful couple of days stay at the Salty Groyne. The cottage is gorgeous and immaculately presented. Treats were left for humans and dogs and we felt very welcome! The host was great - very proactive and friendly. We hope to return again soon.

Another amazing stay at Adventure Prospect !! We really love this place.. so relaxing and yet a quick ferry ride to Portsmouth and everything it has to offer. Lovely beaches around gosport too!

Stayed for 4 nights in this peaceful ‘Hideaway’. The views were amazing and the hosts were really helpful - we even booked a reflexology treatment. The home had lots of amenities (tea, salt pepper etc) and there were lots of books/maps to read on the local area. There were beautiful walks on the doorstep and our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden. Would definitely recommend!

Had to move myself and two small dogs out of my home at quite short notice for some works to be done. Found this beautiful little cottage in the grounds of a family home on the Goodwood estate that looked perfect. Small, private and secure enabling me to set up to work within a few minutes of arriving. Carol was super flexible, enabling me to move in over my lunch break and provided easy to read instructions for a seamless move. The place was just as described and spotless. A welcome basket was provided with local bread, butter and conserves, chocolate and biscuits, as well as, should you need them, lots of ideas for local places of interest to view. The dogs and I had a thoroughly rested stay, was able to work without interruption and were able to enjoy the secluded and private garden with some friends who came to visit. It was lovely to be met at the gate most days by two friendly hens. The cottage represented exceptional value for money and I would highly recommend.

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

The location is special : right by the sea, totally quiet, a short walk or bike ride into town. Comfortable, clean house, plenty of hot water and heating if required. Very responsive agency. And Caroline, the owner, makes her own icecream ! Delicious, and available in local shops.

Great little find! Loved the outdoor space where we were able to sit and have food with family. Log burner was lovely in the evening and made it even more cosy. Shower was hot and powerful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will recommend and will definitely book again

This was one of the best stays we've had in an Airbnb- Richard and Gaye were brilliant hosts- very friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to provide you with all that you need, including a welcome pack of food and drink. The property has such character and is very clean and comfortable, with good sized rooms, located in a lovely peaceful village which has access to beautiful walks, including the South Downs Way. Richard and Gaye were so welcoming, and on hand if we needed them, whilst giving us lots of space, including use of their fantastic garden. We would happily go back to use as a base for more walking. Highly recommend!

What we loved: - Amazing location. Rowlands has great facilities, nice pubs, cafe, a shop and lovely walks. - The property has stacks of character, it’s really beautiful. We really enjoyed the fire. It was just a gorgeous place to rest and be. - Good amenities - coffee machine, smart TV, well equipped kitchen. - The cottage was very clean and warm (we stayed when it was very cold outside). - Good shower. - Very comfortable beds, good quality linen. - Good communication from hosts. - As someone who is terrible at parking I would dispute other reviews that say you can’t park - you just need to turn right into the road and reverse back. Small suggestions - The window in the bathroom really needs privacy film. - For the price point the welcome basket is a bit light, would expect milk & small bottle of shower gel & shampoo. But overall a wonderful stay and we would stay again.

Great quirky 2 bed right in the heart of Arundel. As a young family of three we very much wanted a place with the bedrooms on the same floor and this hit the mark. We’ve stayed in several airbnbs over the years in Arundel and they pretty much all have steep stairs, as this one did, which is no exception. Mark actually lives here part time so this place feels the way airbnbs used to: full of homey items, a fully stocked spice rack, cooking utensils etc (so many places don’t even leave you with salt these days). Added bonus were all the children’s toys and books accessible if desired- very much our case. The apartment is in a cute cottage on a public parking lot and at the back of a pub I think, so although there is definitely some daytime commotion, it is surprisingly quiet at night. Thank you mark- the welcome chocolates were promptly enjoyed and we will certainly be back!

We had lovely time this July in Bembridge. Fintray Cottage was close to the beach and also close to Bembridge village centre. We thoroughly enjoyed the big garden it came with. The house has a large kitchen, ideal for a big family or for the occasion of entertaining guests. Will definitely recommend.

A lovely place to stay and what a friendly couple Alasdair and Jo are. Nice touch with milk and cake when we arrived. Quiet location and character property. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Lovely stay here with family - the cottage was very well equipped and we felt very comfortable. Great location near the beach with walks from the doorstep. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic two bedroom property. I really recommend this for exploring the west end of the South Downs. We walked and cycled several sections during our stay. The property is finished to a high standard and is well equipped. It was great to have the use of a washing machine when we returned to the property with muddy clothes after exploring. We'd like to go back in the future.
