This is a lovely property in a quiet road next to the cathedral. It was cosy and exactly as described in the listing. It was well equipped and completely lived up to expectations - it is the perfect base to explore Ripon and the surrounding area. Very happy to recommend the house, and Ben as a host.

Sam was a great host. The place was beautiful beds were comfortable and it’s on a residential road which means a lot of parking. Was very quick to respond if we had any queries and was honestly great. We were meant to check out at 10am but we dropped him a messaged and he allowed us to leave at 1pm which was great as well had a 4 hours drive very understanding. The sofas became a bed which was great and there was a great media wall.

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

Absolutely amazing property, hosts are absolutely amazing! After an Air B&B horror story on 23.12.24 & having to find alternative accommodation within the hour at 7:00pm, the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and absolutely saved our Christmas! I could not recommend the property enough, it’s roomy, fully equipped and all round amazing! We cannot wait to stay again when we next visit our family in Leeds Thank you guys for being so amazing!

Amazing modern flat, 2 double bedrooms and great living area. Spacious, warm and very centrally located . An ideal place for a long weekend or even as a base for a week work trip. Fully fitted kitchen with a great coffee machine with super sized pods that delivers a huge mug of fresh coffee when you need it ! Host was amazing and great comms . Would highly recommend .

Great stay in Frank's place. Great location for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming and with all the facilities you'd need. Check in information was clear and easy to follow. Definitely would recommend it for anyone visiting York. Thanks for a fab stay!

Darren and Matt were both extremely accommodating and the apartment couldn't have been better. The location was perfect, plenty of space in the apartment and a nice balcony to sit out on as well! If I was to stay in Leeds again, I would 100% book this apartment again.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Maureen and Ian’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, I could tell that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could have possibly needed – it truly felt like a home away from home. What truly set this experience apart, however, was Maureens hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering personalized recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Their attention to detail was evident in the little touches throughout the space – extra cozy blankets, and even snacks waiting for us upon arrival. I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Frank’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It is exactly as described, so if you like what you see you should book it. The location was great, really close to attractions but very quiet at night.

It was a lovely,clean,quaint and cozy apartment . We had a lovely time there and enjoyed its comfort and good amenities!. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. We had clear instructions and also a good idea of the surrounding restaurants and attractions.

We stayed at Claudias lovely apartment for only one night. Claudia was really helpful right from the start and was a brilliant communicator.The apartment was in a really good location right in the center of town.We were so impressed with all the lovely little touches left for us around the place,even a personal welcome message.We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area it has everything you need.We would definitely recommend Dough a fantastic little pizza restaurant just up the road, 😋 Keep up the good work Claudia, your doing a super duper job.x

Really great location

Great apartment a short walk from the train station but also with secure parking. Very close to the sights, restaurants and shops of York. Ideal for a family or 2 couples. Highly recommended.

Great couple of days in a fabulous apartment in the centre of Malton . Immaculate throughout the apartment had everything we needed. So central to everything. Diane was helpful and incredibly friendly Great milk, tea and coffee already there , which was all we needed as we are out all the time . We visited around Christmas and the the apartment was really pretty with lights, tree and little decorations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we will definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

Stayed here this weekend. Beautiful place. Just Afew minutes walk from the centre. Was so easy to get to and from places. Lovely air bnb very clean perfect location. Check in was so easy. Cant wait to come again

Cosy and comfortable apartment, well furnished for a short stay. Faiz is easy to communicate with and we had a lovely time!

Claire's place is great and it was perfect for us. It couldn't be more convenient, slap bang in the middle of Richmond, yet tucked away and with the castle view in one direction and rooftop views in the other, and set in a period building. It was extremely well refurbished and fitted out. The beds were very comfortable which is always a big plus too. I highly recommend it. The communication from Claire was excellent too, proactive, helpful and flexible.
