Cute little apartment - was perfect for what we needed. Right in the centre of Lytham. We parked 2 mins away - there were lots of parking options despite the property not having dedicated parking. Really comfy bed and lovely clean property. Lizzie was really responsive and replied pretty much straight away if I needed something! Overall - a fab stay.

We've just spent a pleasant couple of nights in Lytham. Deborah met us on arrival and showed us round the apartment herself, making sure we had everything we needed. A nice little touch was the pint of milk in the fridge. The apartment was clean and welcoming with its pretty fairy lights. It is situated down a quiet side street, close to the sea front - in fact you can see the sea through some of the windows. It is centrally located, with a bus stop into Blackpool only a couple of minutes walk from the front door, so perfect for the illuminations. Despite its central location, there was no noise at night and we were able to sleep well.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the twisted apartment. It was homely and fantastic location. Natasha was also kind enough to let us check out a little later which was amazing. Thank you

We only stayed 3/4 days and weather was cloudy but dry, we had two small dogs who had a great time. We were out during the day and it was great to come back late afternoon to a warm cosy place. sorry for delay in reviewing but we had no complaints. it's a quiet area which we liked. Would stay again if in the area👍

My friend and I had a wonderful few days in Blackpool staying at Pauline’s beautiful apartment. We didn’t want for anything and the location was perfect for getting around on foot or via trams/buses. Just a short walk from the train station too. Quick response to all communications, super friendly and accommodating. Flat was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The cherry on the cake was the magnificent bay window looking out to sea. We sat and watched the beautiful sunset while relaxing in the very comfortable armchairs. We weren’t disturbed by any noise not even the road. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant downstairs and visited a karaoke bar - Bees Knees just a short walk away. Thank you for having us. We’ll definitely stay again when next in Blackpool. 😊

We stayed in the apartment for a couple of nights whilst visiting friends and had a comfortable stay. View from the bay window is lovely and we enjoyed watching the world go by over breakfast. We know the area well and so knew it was a good location before booking. We had no trouble finding on street parking. We had lots of regular communication from the host but at times we felt it was a a bit too much - probably personal preference tho as others might like it. All in all a lovely apartment in a great location.

Good communication from start to finish, place was exactly as advertised and was extremely clean. Lovely little place to stay in and only a short walk from everything needed in Blackpool. The host was extremely accommodating and everything was ready for us when we arrived with no messing about. 5 stars thanks again.

Loved the apartment. Was absolutely perfect for what we needed as a family. Was definitely the most comfortable stay I have had in blackpool. Has a beautiful large balcony but unfortunately it was very windy so we did not get to use it. I felt very safe here with gate and door lock codes being required. Lots of towels provided. Has everything you could possibly need. I would like to have been able to hoover before I left but it’s understandable that one is not provided. Also due to us only having takeaways during our stay we had some rubbish that I would have liked to have disposed of myself but I had no idea where larger bins would be. Would love to book again when I return to Blackpool.

Not the first time we’ve stayed here and it won’t be the last… the place was spotless again with everything we needed. The host is responsive, attentive and very accommodating. A perfect place to stay when we’re in the area. We cannot fault it! All appliances, entertainment etc are top drawer.

Really good, clean, uncluttered house. Had everything we needed. Brilliant heating control. Very secure. Good kitchen. We had family one day and easily cooked lunch for 8 people. Taxis to the front were cheap - about £6. It was perfect for us.

The private parking didn't exist . Andrew should remove this from the description. Otherwise the place was fantastic value and I have already recommended it to family.

15 of us came to stay for my Mums 70th birthday. The house was amazing for us. Super clean and warm, so much space and fab facilities. Close to the beach and the lovely Crosby ParkRun 😊. Really easy to get into Liverpool for the day. The hosts were great, nothing was too much trouble. They even left a card, cake, a plant and Prosecco for my Mum, a lovely touch. Would recommend this place to anyone 😊 Thanks for having us xxx

Lovely location and walking distance to Lytham centre. Lots of decent eateries and places to have a drink. Great comms from Jane which included helpful videos.

Gills home in Cleverleys was absolutely gorgeous, The views were incredible and was in lovely location. The locals were all very polite and was really near high street shops which was a pleasant surprise. House was spotless and had all we needed, from large fridge and freezer, to throws on the beds, and lots more!! We had an amazing time!! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our two nights stay. Easy to find, easy access, really clean and exactly as advertised. Rachel was very friendly, communicative and answered any queries promptly. She also provided us with bread, milk, butter, orange juice, jam, tea and coffee which was a very welcome treat! Great place.

2nd visit to Tom's place and the stay was a good as the last. Excellent facilities; very comfortable & exceptional views across the bay. Would highly recommend this place and sure we will return

Kenny is an excellent host and was on hand within minutes. Very good instructions and lots of info. There were a couple of small issues but they were sorted quickly. The space works and the outside space is a plus as we have a small dog. Very central position. Would definitely stay again.

i enjoyed my stay immensely, lovely clean property, with immense charm. only a few minutes walk to lytham square with all its shops restaurants and bars . if you wish to travel a little further then good bus services close by and the train station is only a 5 minute walk. i can definitely recommend a visit here and i hope to return soon.

Hosts were really helpful and friendly. The beach pad was really cosy but spacious and it felt like a home from home. Loved the decor and the toys for the kids were appreciated. Close to the pier, beach and shops. Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely stay here again ❤️

Great location. Very clear instructions of how to get to the flat and how to get in. It was a perfect location for us and walkable to where we were going next day 5 mins from the car park that was suggested so easy to park too Overall a good stay
