The loft was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Craig went out of his way to put salt on the steps before it snowed and then cleared them of snow first thing in the morning. There was also a pint of milk in the fridge which was very useful. We were only staying 2 nights but it is a beautiful area and would be worth staying longer. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

What a lovely little gem Ruth’s place is. Amanda was fantastic, so warm and welcoming even before we arrived, nothing was to much trouble. The space itself is modern yet homely and super comfortable. We stayed to attend the polar express and it wasn’t far at all, a great base for all places to visit. Can’t thank Amanda enough, hoping to be back again and would highly recommend to family and friends x

Lovely Studio Cottage in a quiet cul de sac in the beautiful village of Kirkby Fleetham. It’s an area I know well and we were up to see family in Leeming Bar for Christmas. Great pub (Black Horse) literally 3 minutes walk from the AirBnB - the food here was amazing.
