Clean, comfortable and inviting place to stay in an superb location in the Catskills -- short drive to Woodstock and Phoenicia, for shops and restaurants, and short drive to trailheads for hiking. Everything from linens to cups and glasses to the complimentary coffee was top notch. Friendly hosts! Seamless stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely, cozy place! The house was clean and spacious, and it’s a great place to spend a quiet weekend, especially with no reception. I would say I was a bit surprised about having to clean up and throw trash ourselves, learning to use bear proof trash cans and washing recycled food items; didn’t mind to do it, just surprised as this was the first AirBnB with this request.

I just want to say that this is a very beautiful place. Julian & Karen were extremely nice to us and to have us there. Karen made sure we were comfortable with the stay, and was very respectful and the place was very cozy and inviting. The place is beautiful and warm. Her recommendations were very helpful and we truly enjoyed ourselves! I will come back again! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!

Loved our stay in this beautiful cottage, perfect for the 2 of us. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated with a TV that had all the movie channels. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed, including delicious coffee . The bed was incredibly comfortable, slept like a baby. Pillows and blankets added to the comfy feel of home. Mark is a wonderful host who insured that the driveway was free of snow and ice prior to our arrival Highly recommend visiting.
