If you are looking for the type of stay that makes it easy to focus on fun and not on the distracting decisions like “what am I going to eat for breakfast” or “where can we get the best deal for an adventure” then this is the place for you. The house is A+, the host is A++ and the chef is A+++++++++++. Needless to say our group of four had more than enough space and plenty of room to play. We will definitely be back in the future.

A beautiful house! Mr. Ulises at all times was very friendly. Very comfortable to be there, everything is very quiet, having the sea super close, gym, swimming pool, etc. everything super good although due to bad luck we touched closed the restaurant that is close there and we would go out to get that to eat/dine but Mr. Ulises always helped with his recommendations. This was a beautiful stay!

We had a wonderful week at Mark’s condo! Everything was just a described in the listing and in great shape. Everything was very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean with lots of hot water and strong shower pressure. We loved that there was filtered water available in the kitchen. Mark has been super friendly and responsive every time I’ve contacted him throughout this entire process. The condo building and pool area a very nicely maintained and the heated pool was a nice surprise! The only issue we had which has nothing to do with Mark or his condo is that Uber drivers often just wanted to stop and wait for us at the top of the hill instead of speaking to the guard at the guardhouse and coming down to the condo. This, we found, was easily solved by walking to the entrance of the condo and waving them down. We loved our time and hope to stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Casa SanMar. we are traveling with our two girls to Yelapa for the first time and the location worked great for us. The friendly people in Yelapa are also a factor that made our stay very enjoyable. When asking at the pier about the location they supported us to get there easily and the place had a wonderful view and vibe. It is comfortable, very clean, super functional for a family, we walk down to the beach and also to the village. We cook breakfast at home having everything you need for it,coffee machine, toaster and we enjoy eating on the terrace, enjoying the hammock and climbing on the roof terrace we enjoy the view and the singing of the birds. We had an excellent stay. even the book of recommendations they have helped us know where to go. Thank you very much for everything!

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom condo with a gorgeous view of the bay. Well appointed decor as well. Pool area was wonderful too! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at the Marina condo. I traveled with 2 family members, and we all enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Having coffee on the balcony and enjoying the gorgeous view every morning was a real highlight! Don't miss the walk to the pools and beach across the street. Access to the marina shops and restaurants right around the corner is super convenient. The overall Vamar property is very well maintained and clean but could have use a little updating. We thought it would have been helpful to have a little more explanation about the resort since it also was all-inclusive. Since we did not go that route the staff at times seemed unsure how to bill us for the drinks and tasty food we did have on property. Overall, we loved the location, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, an excellent choice to stay in Puerta Vallarta!
