Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos), no barrier-free entrance to the apartment possible!

The house is located in beautiful Bad Liebenzell, a spa town with plenty to offer only a few-minute drive / walk away - making it the perfect base for exploring nearby walking trails, parks and spa amenities.

You live in a village with good infrastructure, in an idyllic Black Forest outskirts. A small, old, beautifully renovated guest house (Rosi's Häusle) awaits you on two floors and its own small garden area, with a cozy terrace, sandbox and a small turtle enclosure. Ideal starting point for hikers, families, motorbike and cyclists. By arrangement Garage for two-wheelers, available. Check-in from 15:00 in person, or with key deposit by arrangement.

On the 2nd floor about 62 square meters but unfortunately not barrier-free. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and TV ;living room with TV and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with large shower, extra toilet! 100 m to the flowering Baroque, 5 min to downtown, directly at the clinic. A bakery around the corner! Parking space for strollers in the house. New soundproofing windows built in 2024!

Heimathaus "Little Earth"

At the home house "Little Earth" you can arrive and feel comfortable. I created a place here to just "be". Bermersbach, the magical village in the sky, offers wonderful views, wonderful hiking trails, magic groves, mystical rocks and enchanted fountains. You can fully arrive here. The apartment is on the first floor and is very quiet. If you like I offer vegetarian/vegan porridge for breakfast.

Löwenstein is located in a beautiful wine region, close to the Breitenau lake. You can walk up the mountain to the city in about 10 minutes. Here it has the country inn Hohly, an aunt Emma shop which is open 7 days a week, a cafe with bakery, the post office and two bank branches. The nearest major cities are Weinsberg and Heilbronn. There is a key safe, so you can arrive at any time.
