These increases your comfort and ease of living. View from 3 sides of the flat. Stay around nice people. Guests are quiet and friendly. Some may have young child and pets. The property is a temporary mini community, incl. humans and our fury friends. Embraced by kindness and hospitality, which is the signature of a Thailand holiday

This airbnb was exactly as pictured, and honestly made our stay on the island! The views from not only the airbnb itself, but also the resort it is apart of is breathtaking. One of our favorite places we stayed throughout our month in Southeast Asia!

Apartment is exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious, good AC. Very close to some of the best restaurants in Chaweng and 4 min walk to the quiet part of Chaweng beach. Excellent for long term stays. Would stay here again 😀

I stayed at Suwamin and Philipps place for one month and it was perfect. Lots of space, clean, quiet, beautiful view and wifi. Pool isn't private but feels that way when you are there. AC works top notch. Close to everything that I needed in Lamai, like a grocery store, Gym,7-11, beach access.. About a 15-20 min walk if you want downtown Lamai and only 3 minute by motorbike ride. But still lots of local places just down the hill... I highly recommend if you want a nice place to chill out

Great hosts and great place. But it was way too hot for me to stay long term - I totally missed from the listing that there is no AC.

Great stay! super clean. amazing pools. Friendly neighbours. water pressure of the shower is pretty good. Bed is big and kitchen functional. we had issues with the AC ( normal in the island with électricity black outs) But Matthias and Jittra were helpful right away. Overall we had a very very pleasant stay. Thank you both🙏🏻

Paradise on earth ! I've been welcomed by a really nice apartment, hosts, and an amazing pool ! The cowork space is definitely game changing, and let's you focus on your work without being distracted, I definitely recommend this place !

we had a lovely stay at Jen's. The flat is gorgeous, modern and has everything you could think of and more. The views are stunning! I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Amazing stay in a very convenient and cozy house! The kitchen is fully equipped (especially, I enjoyed the perfect glasses for wine — mmm! Esthetic!), the beds are convenient, the view from the balcony is stunning! Brian is very open and interesting person, and he was ready to help us, also he shared the contact of taxi driver who took us and our heavy bags to ferry. I am very thankful to him! I'll be happy to come back someday! :)

This place is jaw dropping. Joe taxi was waiting for us at the airport. Very comfortable van took us to the house. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh coconuts. If you order the taxi through Airbnb joe will take your bags up for you. There are a lot of stairs, so make sure you don’t have any walking issues! We ordered the cooking one night, and the food was amazing! We ordered scooters and they were delivered right to the house. The house is up a giant hill, so be prepared for an intense first ride on the scooters but the view is worth it! Ordered massages our last day, and also amazing!! Everyone was top tier!!! Recommend and will be back!

The house is amazing! It's right on the water and has a lovely outside area with plenty of shade. It sits on a quiet beach where we only saw a few people walk by each day. The beach was clean and we enjoyed swimming daily. Although there are other bungalows in the compound nearby, the house felt very private with plants on either side. It was perfect for a slow, lazy week. Although there is much more of the island to explore, we were content to enjoy the villa and loved our stay here! Although the main living room doesn't have air con, it's not a problem with open patio doors or a fan running. There are a few restaurants within walking distance which were good! We didn't cook much but the kitchen was good to make simple breakfasts or reheat food. There's a great massage place around the corner! Tim was very responsive to anything we needed. We stayed in Villa D3 last year and enjoyed that one too!

The place is really nice. The beds are super comfortable. The landlady was always responsive. 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean, and very comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating, providing helpful local tips and arranging taxis for us, which made our trip so much smoother. Highly recommend!

The property is fantastically located on a hill with a stunning view of the sea! The service is hassle-free and the cleaning and breakfast take care of very friendly housekeepers! All in all, the place is a 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Perfect condo, gym is great, swimming pool and wifi as well. Only negative is that the curtains are bad and light is blasting through the room in the morning

We booked Jenn's place the day before we arrived and it was perfect for what we needed. The place is very clean, comfortable and has some of the best ammenities like an oven and washing machine. Communication was quick and helpful whenever I needed to contact Jenn. The apartment is off the main road so it is nice and quite, you can easily rent a motorbike from the shop next door and there is multiple 7/11's, resutrants and a night market within walking distance. Great spot.

The apartment was really nice, very spacious and clean and in a great location, within 5-10mins walk of fisherman’s village but in a really quiet lovely area. Pool and roof top garden plus gym was a nice touch too and more than what we needed. Private underground parking for bikes and cars. Overall a really enjoyable stay and would certainly stop again.

Nice place close to the beach and restaurants. There was no hairdryer and internet didn’t work, so I was using mobile data. It was clean and bed was comfortable.

The apartment was clean with very good light from outside, giving it a fresh, new feeling. The floor plan and furnishings worked really well for our 6 week stay. Two air cons meant we were always comfortable. Leonie’s apartment was a great home away from home. The TV is internet based only with no free to air. You Tube is the go to app for most things along with Netflix and others. I believe this is common to all apartments in the complex. It was easier to just use our smartphones and tablet. Two pools and the gym are great. Although you can walk to the beach and restaurants street, it’s not something you’ll do much given the heat. You do need a car or scooter to get around. Grab is fast and convenient also. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and happily recommend this apartment. The host, Leonie, is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

The room and building is just as pictured. The host was very quick to respond to messages and was helpful. The local Thai and Burmese staff are great. The location is peaceful but you have to navigate a very busy t intersection every time you come or go. The building is about 1km for the nightlife strip. I enjoyed my stay.
