Gabrio is a great host. The villa is absolutely stunning. Looks even better then on the picture. Ocean-view is amazing from every terasse. The staff was super nice a lots of thanks for Khun Jaeb and her son for the flexibility. Gabrio is super friendly and is really helpful with all needs. Thank you very much for the great stay we had.

Kim’s villa is wonderful. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, right on the beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden,this is the place! The location is great with restaurants,motor bike rental, pharmacy,laundry,change and seven eleven at walking distance. We are a family group and this is the third time we come! I wish very much we could stay longer. Thank you Kim for this great stay and for all your good advices. You are a wonderful host ❤️

Excellent villa for a family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space if needed. A Grab to Chaweng was about 300 THB if you want to venture into shops, clubs, etc or the villa staff can order you a taxi for around 700 THB. Fisherman's Village would be even less as the villa is just up the hill inland from Fisherman's Village. The service was impeccable. Nothing was too much for Toon (villa manager) and her team. And the food! You will not be disappointed by the food! Our total meal bill for 5 nights was around 21,000 THB for 8 of us which is unbelievable inexpensive given the quality and quantity food. Just book it. You won't regret it!

Check-in was super easy, Natalie and Arthur are always reachable and quickly written back to questions. For example which ferry goes to the mainland😊. Super clean Try the apartment. 😁 Would recommend

Pia’s place is lovely and we had a wonderful holiday there. We rented all of his 3 villas and we would recommend them to anyone who wants an exclusive stay in Koh Samui. Horizon villas are very close to the airport, they have a gym, a tennis court, beautiful views and a well working concierge invluded in the price.

Lovely Villa with great views of Chaweng Beach. Matthew and the housekeepers were extremely helpful. Only thing to note is the property is only really reachable via car/bike/taxi. Scooters are available to rent from the host, which was convenient. Overall, a great stay!

We had such a great stay. Our original air bnb was cancelled a week before we left which was stressfull so i was so pleased to find villa Ban Buree. We are a family of 7 so we needed a bit of space. It’s a beautiful villa, well decorated, lovely pool. It had everything you need, daily cleaning, also a washing machine, which was a bonus as said it didn’t on the listing. The reception at shi shi next door was so helpful, they can organise airport transfers and cars. They use good companies who don’t overcharge, useful when our teenagers fell off a scooters within ten mins and damaged the bike, wasn’t too costly thankfully and the company apologised to me rather than the other way around :) It’s right on the sea so you can walk along the beach. The Shiva bar next door is great, nice food, pool, very kid friendly. Grams restaurant was also good. Good location 10 minute drive from Lamai but tucked away and quieter. Jane was a great host, everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Amazing Stay at Baan Sawan in August for 6 days was one of best locations we have stayed at on our family tour of Thailand . When we arrived wonderful Star and Levy were there waiting with fresh coconuts and made you feel so welcome. The villa is absolutely stunning,. The views from the infinity pool are just breathtaking over Koh Samui. In the morning the Breakfast was so nice and the two nights we got Star and Levi to cook dinner it was like eating in a 5 star restaurant. Star was always there with all local knowledge and support. Thank You! 😊 When we return to Thailand we will be staying at Baan Sawan again! Could not recommend hignly enough - thank you for making our stay amazing. What a place!! 😊🇹🇭🌞

Super great location, super accommodation. the beach is right outside the door. great large kitchen with everything you need ( in the fridge there was direct water, juices, coffee ready for us) . Requests were answered quickly. Overall, all expectations were met. The place is definitely recommended.

We absolutely loved this place. It was exactly what we needed. Huge private beach, gorgeous gardens, quiet surroundings. If you want to actually relax and not be mixed in with a party crowd on Samui, this is the perfect getaway. We almost extended our stay, because we liked it so much, but we had work and animals to attend to at home. It’s also cool that this place is flexible with its accommodations and that they can host up to 12 people. Well worth the money we paid. Also, worth noting that there are two support staff members on premise. They are extremely helpful and friendly, and even did some of our laundry. I have stayed at other villas before but the addition of staff makes this place extra special.

The villa is amazing and fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Simon is a great host and very responsive; he kept in touch before and during our stay to make sure we are having a nice stay. The trees were cut before our check-in which affected our privacy a bit while in the swimming pool. The team provided an umbrella which fixed the problem. We would love to go again next time we are in Samui.

From the first moment to the last minute we were away from the villa! We enjoyed the private location, the absolutely stark views, the pool and just everything extremely. The reception was very well organized, we felt right at home. The staff went the extra mile and were always helpful. It also made it easier for us to rent the scooter directly, so that the vacation can start immediately. The offer was very large, you can really be pampered. The villa is even more impressive in real life, but 100% corresponds to the photos. We enjoyed it to the fullest, and can only recommend it!

We had a wonderful holiday at Chaweng noi villa The villa is in a quiet and secluded location. That said, there are plenty of activities and the beach close by. The house itself is beautiful. Large bedrooms and clean pool. Very pleased with the owners Yuri and Lana they were very helpful. 5/5 recommend!

really enjoyed staying here. we didn't want a hotel as wanted independence and it was just right. lots of space, well equipped kitchen, nice pool and cleaned very well. a couple of small internet/electricity issues but to be expected on an island. The Mekong restaurant next to it is superb and we used the laundry at 3 dogs restaurant up the hill. chaweng noi is walkable (get in through the Sarran or Ipanema hotel) but I'd recommend getting transport. Coral cove and crystal beach are both very close and beautiful. there are a few great coffee shops up there road (acai story/flo) and Vikasa yoga isn't far.

We had a great stay at Jeffrie’s place. There was an issue with the stove light that was out of his control but he did have maintenance come and look at it promptly. It’s a nice quiet location near lots of amenities and had a dedicated parking space so that was nice. The indoor pool was great on rainy days as well.

David’s villa surpassed our expectations. A little bit of paradise on a beautiful island! The use of a car was very helpful as we were able to explore the island however there were also many amenities in walking distance to the villa. David as a host was fantastic; extremely responsive and helpful. We had an amazing trip and can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

I spent 10 wonderful days there. Nice accomodation, very clean and cozy. Enjoyed my stay there with the tropical garden, having breakfast at the pool and swimming there early in the morning and late in the evening. 10 minutes away by foot there' s a nice beach area with the beautiful tree house. Next time on Samui I'd book this airbnb again.
