we had a lovely stay at Jos’s accommodation, it had everything we needed. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy too. the linen was clean and the towels provided were soft and washed. i would highly recommend staying at Jos’s accommodation if you need a pit stop or break in manchester, very accessible and easy to park. will stay again.

Michelle’s caravan is practical, extremely clean and very comfortable. The welcome pack was appreciated, as was the cupboard of things like salt, oil, spices etc. and the toiletries in the bathrooms. We had a great weekend. Thank you.

Lovely welcoming and clean cottage. Hosts on site for any difficulties. Great for our hen weekend. Pool was warm and each cottage has an allocated time so that meant we were the only ones in there. Thinking of booking again for a soon to be significant birthday

A great static van, perfect for a family get away. Lots of space and well equipped with all the essentials and lots of well thought out extras such as the Nintendo Wii that provided lots of family fun. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. The host was very responsive and helpful. Nice outdoor space as well. The park itself was clean and tidy with lots of things to do for family if you buy the entertainment passes. The arcade, pool and park were fun, evening shows were entertaining and the staff were polite. Wasn't too busy although you do sometimes have to wait to access the pool if you don't pre book your sessions.

We recently booked a stay with a group of friends and their children, and we had an absolutely wonderful time! The swimming pool was a fantastic feature that kept the kids entertained, and we even enjoyed playing volleyball in the water. The house was well-equipped with family-friendly toys, books, and access to Netflix, Prime, and YouTube for the kids, which was a great bonus. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and there was more than enough tableware for our large group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing ample space for everyone to relax. We truly enjoyed our lovely three-day stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a memorable experience!

The Barn was exactly as described and from the moment we walked in, felt homely and welcoming. Mike was incredibly helpful and always available if required. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to stay and having access to a private pool made our stay even more special. Second time at Beech House and it was a superb stay. A perfect location for walking into Hebden Bridge and the house is spotless, private and peaceful. John is so generous and the welcome pack he provides is second to none. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time at the property. It had everything we needed with lots of bedrooms and a nice bar area downstairs. The location is nice and quiet but close enough to be able to get a short taxi journey into the city centre. Zeny was always very helpful and responsive, throughout the booking process, check-in and check-out. Would fully recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay that requires a large number of beds.

Tayyab's place suited our needs as the supermarket was 5 minutes walk and bus stop to the city just around the corner. Tayyab was accommodating and helpful.

Tim is doing an excellent job. Gave me all the information I needed straight after booking. His home is spotless and has all the amenities that you may need / forgot to bring with you. Would happily stay again

We had chosen this place as it was a ten minute drive to the arts and music festival we were attending. The house is lovey and spacious, on a quiet street but very easy to get to Salford and Manchester. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Had a fabulous 3 nights over Christmas, the hosts went to the trouble of putting a Christmas tree up which was beautifully decorated, there was even some small gifts wrapped up under the tree for the children. The house was outstandingly clean and beautifully decorated, with clear instructions for all the appliances, I can’t recommend this property highly enough. The host was in constant contact to assist with the check inn which was an extremely smooth process. Thank you for making our Christmas break with our daughters and grandchildren one to remember.

we stayed for 2 nights to visit the Trafford Centre and enjoy a couple of nights away. The host were very friendly and helped with a few queries prprior to ouour visit. Very quick responses to my messages and great ininformation regarding the nearest supermarket etc. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a lovely break. Very comfortable beds and lounge areas. we would 100% recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you for our lovely few days away and for everything you have done for us ❤️

The property was perfect for a family get away. The size of the house and beautiful landscaped garden plenty of room to enjoy family time. However if anyone needed peaceful time plenty of areas to have that too. Hayley was so friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect to enjoy the best of Lytham but also easy trip into Blackpool. I can thoroughly recommend this property.
