Vacation rentals with a patio in Black Forest

Jonathan's place was perfect for our girlfriends' weekend! The hot tub was so relaxing and enjoyable, the kitchen was good for preparing our meals, the couches were comfortable, and the beds were great for a good night's sleep. It's very close to Garden of the Gods or Manitou Springs for those interested in hiking or shopping. I would definitely recommend Jonathan's place to others!

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Katie's place was very safe and comfortable. The house was exactly as described. It is older so the creaks were there. But it was the perfect spot to ring in the new year.

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

Exceeded expectations. The hosts thought of everything. So many amenities. So much charm. Everything was clean and lush. We used the fireplace inside, the firepit, hot tub, and lights outside, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not a single issue with anything. No guesswork. Instructions were detailed and easily available. I stay in a lot of airbnbs all over the world, and this one was the best I've experienced. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Everything seems to be within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the evenings sitting on the balcony. Kim was very responsive and friendly to questions. Would definitely stay again.

What a sweet location! We could walk to everywhere in Manitou Springs and parking was very easy. FYI, although there are no stairs into or in the apartment, there is a slightly steep driveway to walk down to get to the street if anyone has mobility issues. The restaurant in the building has a sweet little basement bar and the servers are really lovely! We really enjoyed our stay.

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay at Jean’s home over new years. Such a cool house. We will definitely come back and stay. Such a unique town and house! Loved the access to the trails behind the house we saw so many deer on the trails.

I really enjoyed my stay here ! The kitchen was fully stocked with items for meal preparation which as a traveling athlete made all the difference. The beds were very comfortable and all of the rooms were inviting. The backyard was beautiful, kid and pet friendly. I highly recommend staying with Chris and will stay again !

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, easy to find, and on a quiet cul de sac. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the actual house as we had traveled to spend time with our college son. A couple of things we didn’t realize was that the only tv is in the downstairs living area (not an issue for me but my mom, stepdad, and husband all like to watch tv to go to sleep). I also didn’t realize all 3 bedrooms were upstairs so my stepdad had some difficulty getting up and down the stairs. That again was on me - I should have asked. We also are from Texas so we sleep with fans on 365 days a year but only the master bedroom has a ceiling fan. These are the three things I just wish I had realized before booking but I booked in a rush. The beds were fairly comfortable although on the firmer side. Really the house is exactly as it appears online. The host had a binder with recommendations of things to do nearby and great restaurants.

They were absolutely great hosts. I had a change in time frame and they easily accommodated the request. Extremely responsive and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

We wanted a private get away for my birthday weekend and this place was exactly that! Beautiful home, full of everything we needed. After a day of adventure it was nice to come back to such a comfortable home. Emily & Spencer were very helpful and responsive. My pups LOVED the yard, spending hours at a time just running around or sun bathing. We will definitely book with them again! Thank you ❤️

We really enjoyed staying at Julia & Oscars place. Moving from Oregon to Colorado and staying at their place was just what we needed after traveling a long distance! There was a lot of space, and our dogs were very comfortable, and so were we of course! I really appreciated that they had a desk for me to work since I work remotely. We really appreciated the snacks that they left in the kitchen. When we arrived late Friday evening it was freezing and snowing and we were exhausted from the long drive didn’t have time to go to the store to get groceries but the snacks hit the spot. Thank you both for allowing us to stay in your charming warm home! I loved that there was a gym close by less than a mile to workout. Crunch fitness was only $15 a day and I ended up buying a membership since we will be living within 20 mins away! We definitely would stay there again. Thank you! Cheers!

This place was perfect for a night in Colorado Springs, but it would also be great for much longer stays!

This place was amazing! Super clean and smells fresh new and clean. We absolutely loved staying here. It’s super convenient and quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots to do. A very exercise friendly community. Super market was right across the street and close to tons of different eateries. We hope to stay here again in the future. The only thing we would mention is the water pressure isn’t great but it’s not terrible. The barn door to the main bathroom is a little funky but we didn’t mind either of those things.

Kira’s place was perfect! Amazing quite neighborhood with your own trail the GOG. Condo was exactly like she described it and even more. Well stocked, thoughtfully designed to enjoy indoors and outdoors! We loved the hot tub and the deck, where we spent quite a few hours enjoying the serenity of the space. Kira proved to be a great host. She always responded so quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We used her recommendations for things do and places to eat, which was fantastic, as it’s hard to navigate in a new area. Thank you so much!

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!
