Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Black Forest

Beautiful home and great host, lovely place and location to spend the Holidays with Family. Love the multi-floor and open layout of the house and the kids absolutely loved the Movie Room. Beautiful scenery and peaceful neighborhood with local walking trails and parks nearby. Highly recommended and we enjoyed everything!

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood! Close enough to town to get everything you’d need, and a quick drive to take in all the beautiful nature. It was perfect for our short but sweet trip to the mountains. Host was wonderful, very responsive to messages and accessible if we needed anything. Special shoutout to the MOST amazing toilets we have ever used. Would stay here again for those alone haha!

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the house. There were 5 of us and it was nice with 2 couples and a 5th person that we all had our own bathrooms. Loved the fire tables in front and back and the ping pong table. Used the grill and cooked a bunch. The kitchen could use some storage containers. Hot tub was great and really loved being so close to Garden of the Gods. I wish all the bikes had been road bikes because it would have been much easier to take the bike path and ride as a group. Thanks for fixing the bikes when we had an issue. We did run out of hot water the day I filled the tub to take a bath in the master jacuzzi. Marigold Bistro was pricey but yummy (scallops were amazing) and the Tapateria was great, reasonably priced with gluten free options and close by. Went to Miramar Castle for high tea which was fun. Thanks for making my birthday special.

Five star rating! The house is beautiful! Location is very beautiful and peaceful with amazing front patio views. Loved the swing on the patio We saw deer several times throughout the stay. There are 2 pianos that I originally missed in the listing so that was a great surprise. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook. They had a baby/toddler booster seat that came in handy. The house is very clean and huge! Bathrooms are very big and nice with amazing showers. Movie theatre room was awesome. My toddler loved running in the big living room up stairs which is very spacious. I actually bought a slide and tent for him to play with in the area while we were there. Nate& Aaron are very friendly and respond quickly. They are very accommodating hosts. The only downfall of the house is the front room/kitchen area do get hot in the daytime. The rest of the house was fine in regards to template. This would not prevent me from staying again. We would definitely stay here

Shelly's place was the perfect little house in quiet Palmer Lake. It was neat and cozy inside, with a well-stocked kitchen that was easy to cook in. Some Airbnbs are functionally empty, like an Ikea display, but this one was very homey: Spices and coffee in the cupboards, extra blankets in the bedroom closet, etc. The neighborhood was very cute and nice to walk around for a quick afternoon stroll even though we couldn't do any full-on hikes this time. All the local Palmer Lake restaurants were an easy few minutes walk from the house. The host was very responsive whenever we messaged her, and proactive in making sure everything was as expected. The only unfortunate thing is that the hot tub wasn't functional when we were there, which was a shame since that was one of the reasons we picked the place. But the listing notes that not all amenities may be in working order, so I can't be too upset, and Shelly did try to help us get it working while we were there.

We were disappointed the wood burning fireplace was unavailable but everything else about this place was fantastic. Our Golden Retriever LOVED the backyard and the place was very clean, cozy and enjoyable. We may need to check it out during the summer!

Found out in a last minute that I'm getting a few days off so me and my boyfriend booked this little getaway literally a day before. So happy this place was not occupied bcs not only did it meet our expectations, but exceeded them! Both of our hosts Emily and Spencer were fully responsive and helpful. I absolutely loved the accomodation bcs it felt like home, like we've been living there for ages now...Definitely recommending it to the rest of my friends bcs it had everything you need there, you don't even have to get out of the house 😅

We absolutely loved our stay at Brooks's place. Our previous accomodation's septic had frozen during the arctic blast, and we were left looking for a last minute place to stay near 10 o clock at night. We reached out to see if check in would still be available so late, and had warm and welcoming response right away. The home was impeccably clean upon arrival and was thoughtfully put together (even including a baby gate for safety to place on the base of the stairs for little ones). This listing was a dream, especially the views overlooking the city, and we would definitely book again!

One of a kind location! Amazing host, knows the area very well and will explain everything in detailed message prior to arriving. I would recommend everyone try this unique experience. Very close to town, but still secluded feeling! Look forward to visiting in the summer months.

The stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive, kind, and flexible. The house was amazing, with lots of space for spread out during cold days and it was right by a nice park with trails. The views were incredible and the hot tub was perfectly situated for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was awesome, and very well stocked including having multiple ovens. We hope to stay here again when we visit Colorado from here on out!

Our second time staying at this location. Loved it so much we wanted to recreate our family memories. Beautiful home in a peaceful and magical environment. You can not go wrong with this place and the owner is a gem.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The space was incredibly spacious and more than enough to accommodate our entire family comfortably. The views were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to such stunning scenery was a highlight of our trip. The hosts were fantastic – very accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

We were a party of 11, ages 7-78, coming together for the Holidays. We had plenty of space in the house and never felt like we were on top of each other. Kaitlyn was in contact regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very responsive to questions and worked to quickly resolve any concerns. We walked around the neighborhood. There was plenty to do in the area. We drove to Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou, and Old Colorado City. We will plan to rent the house again the next time we get together in the area.

Honestly was the nicest cabin we have stayed in. The views were amazing and the host was very responsive. I would 100% stay here again. It was so nice to see everywhere in the snow and all of the deer that came around each day

LOVED LOVED LOVED this place! Beautiful viewing from the living room. So quiet and peaceful sitting outside drinking coffee. If you forgot a toothbrush, paste, shampoo and or conditioner it was all provided. Even a washed and dryer. We had plenty of room. We also stayed for the Xmas holiday and it was decorated with a Xmas tree. The internet was a little blah, but we are in a mountain 🙂 Would definitely come back again. Thank you and we loved this place.

We had a very relaxing stay at this cozy cabin in a beautiful and peaceful setting. It's a quick drive from the cabin to Divide or Woodland Park for groceries or whatever you might need. We also visited Cripple Creek and Victor with amazing mountain views along the drive. It was exactly what we were looking for!

This cabin was exactly as described and our family had a fantastic few days of winter break in Colorado! It had all the things we needed and space to relax in a super quiet area all while being close to groceries, restaurants, and things to do in the area. We would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. I don’t believe the pictures do it justice; it felt much nicer in person than we expected from the photos. The location was very peaceful and all the baby items were a big plus. We were happy not to have to take our pack&play and high chair. Our 9 month old loved playing with all the new to him toys. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while it was snowing and with the Mountain View in the background!
