Grayson’s house was in a wonderful spot with great views! The amenities here were top notch! I would highly recommend looking into Grayson’s house if you are looking to stay around the Colorado Springs area! Grayson was very flexible with an early check in with us and had everything we needed for the long weekend! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Ingrid and Robert are the definition of Superhosts. They gave us and our pup such a warm welcome and were incredibly kind, thoughtful, flexible, accommodating, responsive, yet respectful of our privacy. They truly go above and beyond. It is evident that they love hosting people in their cozy and spotless space above the garage. They included everything you might need for a great stay. Some of the thoughtful extras: a personalized welcome sign, gate opener, a quick tour of the space, bathrobes, cozy bedding, a guidebook with helpful instructions and local recommendations, breakfast items, and even freshly ground coffee. The location was perfect — minutes from Santa’s Workshop, Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs. The area was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We only wish we had more time to stay. Thank you, Ingrid and Robert, for a truly unforgettable experience! We look forward to visiting again!!

What a wonderful place! Before we arrived Debbie got ahold of us asking when we might arrive. She asked because if we were arriving after dark they wanted to leave lights on for us, very considerate. Upon arrival Debbie greeted us and showed us how to use the hot tub, turning on and adjusting jets, adjusting the heat, opening and closing the cover. On the first night of our stay there was a power outage. They hooked up a generator and were able to restore power to the lights and tv. Before they were able to get the generator going they brought us flashlights and a small battery powered light we could hang on the wall. The place matched the pictures online perfectly, it was exactly what we expected. The only exception was the flowers weren’t blooming but it’s February 😁. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were awesome, the hot tub was fantastic and we very highly recommend staying with Deane and Debbie. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

Absolutely beautiful spot! The home was clean, peaceful, and well-equipped. The view was spectacular. Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, plus a hot tub. Highly recommend!

Nice quiet place, great personal touches.

I had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's sweet cabin. It was warm and cozy, with everything I needed to settle in each evening. I was out all day and looked forward to coming back at night. The cabin had a good hot shower, a full kitchen and a comfortable bed with soft quilts and plenty of pillows. I slept well and woke to a family of deer walking by the deck in the early morning. I would definitely come back again.

This is the 2nd time that we have rented from Cheryl and Dan. They are very friendly and will help you with anything that you need. They keep to themselfs. Staying here is well worth it. Beautiful surroundings.

As soon as I walked into the home, it brought back memories of my childhood living on our farm! The kitchen sink where mom gave the little ones baths to (not liking)washing the dishes! The white woodwork just like we had, had me thinking back on the memories of mom giving it all a coat of fresh paint! I would definitely come back for a most memorable stay! Thank you!

Crystal was an excellent host, whose description of the listing was surprisingly accurate given what some other reviews complained about. My wife and I found the space exceedingly comfortable and cozy. There are plenty of blankets if you do happen to get chilly, but we visited in the middle of a typical Colorado spring snowstorm and were plenty comfortable both in the bedroom and shared living space. Furthermore, we had no issues whatsoever with the hot water or the size of the bathroom, despite running and hiking in the beautiful surroundings. Fantastic stay all around!

This place is a true gem, comfortable, private, and you can walk anywhere in Old Colorado City with ease. I stayed for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave. You can see Pikes Peak from the front porch, and hiking is beyond abundant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beth is a fantastic host and this is a fantastic place to stay.

Rick was a great host, responded fast and even stopped by to show us how to use the fire place, lamp heater and more. Definitely would stay here again.

Their home is amazing with amazing views overlookimg the whole city. was able to see deer very often. I hope when I return their home is available so we can stay there again. We loved staying here! It was a beautiful little home. I especially enjoyed the pack n play that was provided and the high chair. They also had toys for the kids which was super helpful. The place was very cozy. The town was super cute, amazing park, Phillips Miller, was really close. Trails and a beautiful view just outside the door. We really enjoyed our stay.

Checking in was easy and upon entering, the house appeared very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. The Old North End is a quiet neighborhood and very walkable. The shook run trail is very close and allows walking access to most of Colorado springs but the neighborhood is so beautiful we walked on the sidewalks. The Good Neighbor Meeting House is a nice nearby restaurant. We especially appreciated Sara helping the last day when there was a spring snow and we weren't sure we could leave on time. Even though the house was booked for the weekend, she allowed us to stay later for the roads to clear. Overal,l it was a great stay. Would stay there again

Hands down cleanest Air BnB I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not to mention, they have thought of everything and what you’re getting for the price is phenomenal. It’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked but wow, so worth it for the beautiful space. Love the outdoor area complete with fire pit.

Our stay here was set in a very relaxing environment, it was peaceful and pleasant. We saw deer in the morning right outside the outside sitting area which is always a blessing. Great location for our stay. We would come back again.

Pam and Mike were the truly perfect Host!! The house was amazing with breath taking views . Wonderful communicators and so friendly . Walkable distance to the Broadmoor and nestled around many other amazing houses in the neighborhood. The out door patio was great to relax and get views othe mountain range . If there was a six star option for ratings they would defenitely get it for thier Airbnb ! Highly recommend. Staying here if you want to stay in one of the best airbnbs in Colorodo Springs 🏆
