Just perfect. 🌟 From the personalised welcome sign, treats (for us and the dogs) and an absolutely spotlessly clean home. Used as a base for walking around Rutland and can highly recommend to anyone looking to do the same. Lovely secure garden for the dogs to enjoy. Comfy living room, big shower and lovely comfy bed. Plus there is a pub 2mins down the road. Will be back !!

Very clean and relax place to stay would definitely stay again

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. Thank you once again Amber for a wonderful weekend and I know we’ll be booking again. Mike

Recommend staying here if you are visiting Nottingham. Had everything we needed for the stay and early check in was permitted which was a great help. Parking not far up the road which was convenient and very powerful shower! Very welcoming and responsive

My partner and I stayed here with our little Pomeranian dog and 2 friends. It was lovely as soon as we walked in with the Christmas decorations up for our stay w/c 23-27 for Christmas Day and Boxing Day! Was very relaxing and cosy! Everything I needed in the kitchen to do a perfect Christmas dinner 🎄🎅🏼. Definitely would love to come back and stay! ☺️

What a lovely romantic little spot! Hosts were so helpful! Hot tub under the stars was a dream! Lots to do near by and plenty of places to eat!

Jake was a great host, had no issues and everything worked as it should, really nice and warm too! I stayed at this property as it's really close to the motorway and had an early start to get on the M1, location was ideal and host was very accommodating, place looks like new! Would stay again.

My husband and two young children stayed for 3 days and it was absolutely wonderful. Caravan was beautiful, so many extras to make it feel like home. The hamper upon entry was a lovely surprise also children’s room was made up especially! So grateful, the kids loved every minute, especially the hot tub! Would love to stay again in the future. We just visited and had the most brilliant time, the Airbnb was a walk from the Lincoln Centre and upon arrival we were greeted by great hosts who gave us a tour of the property and a few excellent recommendations. The property was perfect for the two of us and squeaky clean! The hot tub was great and very easy to use, we even were able to order takeaway to the cottage despite its quiet and obscure location. The bottle of bubbly left in the fridge for us was a perfect addition to the stay. For any cat lovers special mention for the two propriety cats who we absolutely adored! We would not hesitate to return one day in the future and will be sure to recommend to our friends and family for their own visits.
