I had an absolutely wonderful three weeks in the Summer House. The living area was cosy with a great view, the kitchen had everything you could need and Sandra was always happy to help with anything, including recommending the most stunning walks for me to go on! To top it off, Tommy the cat is so cuddly too. Definitely thinking of coming back again soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay xx

The place is beautiful and its exactly as described and the Hosts Susan and Neil were friendly and they got everything ready by the time we've got there. We had a great time at their Getaway. The Place was squeaky clean and it was welcoming peace and quite. The instructions guide provided by the hosts listed out everything we could do in the area and it made our stay stress free. The Hot Tub was ready for us and we enjoyed the night stay gazing at the stars and in the morning it was peaceful and quite; could hear the birds chirping. We also got to meet the Horses which elevated our experience staying at this place. We will definitely recommend this place and will soon be coming back in Summer.Great Hosts and Amazing Hospitality.

We stayed here as we had an early flight from Manchester Airport. Its a lovely place nice and cosy. Plenty of off road parking space. ideal for a Only a few minutes walk from the village centre which is really nice and quaint. There are plenty of places to eat. If we fly from Manchester again or need to be in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay, hosts were helpful and responsive when I needed anything! Clean bathroom, clean bed, cosy space and the projector was a lovely touch!!

The location was great, loads of excellent walks around in the hills which was exactly what we wanted!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was lovely, spotless, and had a cozy atmosphere. Michelle was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond, making the whole experience even better. They’re also adding a hot tub soon, which is an exciting bonus! The price is very affordable, making it perfect for a romantic getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

My best friend and I had the most perfect stay at Felicity's little house. The large gardens surrounding the property were beautiful and this was echoed within the home itself with fresh flowers and thoughtful touches throughout. To the rear is a private outdoor area home to some very friendly chickens which we loved watching as they wandered round. I could not recommend this home highly enough and we both would love to come back soon.

We loved our stay. Carol was really friendly and helpful and had provided us with provisions for our arrival. The property totally matched its description.

To be short, this is the best place that we had during our 3 week trip in UK. We would love to return here.

A great little place. Has all the amenities required for a short stay. Lovely quiet countryside location. We used it as base for walking Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) which was around one hour’s drive from location. Owners are great, very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Another last minute booking whilst on the road. Sue responded immediately and all of her directions were crystal clear. Sue even left a few things in the fridge to help me out which was appreciated. Great place, private parking with virtually an onsite security guard! If I’m ever in the area again will be sure to book!

The Little Gate House was perfect for our family getaway. It had everything we could possibly need for our trip, including a cot, highchair, and bath for our little girl, so that helped make our packing a little lighter. There was a beautiful outdoor space but unfortunately it was raining, so we didnt get to use it. It was in a great location with Ruthin and Llangollen easy to get too. The surroundings were lovely and it was very tranquil. Kirsty was great. She recommended lots of things to do and also put up some birthday banners as it was my husband's birthday. Also, the hamper and welcome was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay at The Little Gate House again. Thank you very much!

Great little place to stay to rest up and relax. Local pub is a gem. Nigel the host was very responsive in guiding us to the location and helpful in supporting check in.

Beautiful location with views from the place to stay and surrounding. Quiet area but very close -drive able activities. Hot tub was a completing feature to make the stay as relaxing as possible. Very very clean, cozy and had everything that is an essential to go away with. Could not recommend more if you want to be in a private relaxing location to forget about normal busy life. Perfect stay - so peaceful and just a lovely space to spend a few days. The apartment has been so thoughtfully decorated and designed and has everything you need. It was so lovely to walk out into the kitchen/living room area every morning as the view over the garden was stunning and a perfect way to start the day - thank you!

The place and Tom were great. Very clean place, comfy bed, nice kitchen, easy to find and to check in and out. Tom was very helpful and responsive all the time, very kind and polite as well. Although there are more rooms and therefore more guests, it was not an inconvenience, very nice place to stay. 100% recommended!! Thanks again, Tom.

Overall a good place to stay if you are in St Helens, the room was spotless. downside for us - the noise was obvious from the road from early morning but likely because we are not used to it. The only other issue was the communal kitchen was messy, dirty dishes on the side and in the sink, so we didn't use this area.
