Thanks Tim for hosting us - we had a lovely weekend in Rye!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Family weekend Six adults and five grandchildren- there was plenty of space. We all love being able to walk straight on to the beach.

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Highly recommend this absolutely beautiful place, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at . So beautifully designed . It’s also in a perfect location to discover Rye . Peaceful and yet in the centre of town . We didn’t want to leave !

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

A well located home, very close to shops, restaurants and beach/harbour. A good sized house over 3 floors, plenty of space for our family of 4. Stairs to attic room were as others have mentioned, very steep for young children. Lobster theme diner feel to downstairs made for a fun feel, nicely decorated throughout. We all slept well, house had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend to others looking to stay in the area

The property was exactly what we were after. Spotless and had everything we needed. Great location for getting to things to do. Would certainly recommend Duncan as a host and would happily stay here again in the future.

Lucy was super friendly and responsive to our messages, even giving us recommendations for local dog walks to help tire out our energetic golden retriever. The downstairs living area and 2 main bedrooms were really spacious, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries etc. Plus a fantastic walk in shower en-suite and outside areas to relax in too. All in all a great stay!

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

Larissa's place is wonderful and provided the perfect space for our needs. The garden is HUGE and access to the hot tub was a bonus too. The accommodation was well appointed with everything we needed and very homely. We had a very warm welcome and I would highly recommend this place to others.

Our stay was very comfortable and nice . Martin was very responsive . We had no difficulties during our stay . The bungalow was neat and clean . The morning view from our stay was lovely . The beach is just 5 mins drive which added a pleasant experience to our stay . Will definitely recommend to our friends going ahead .

We enjoyed a wonderful long Easter weekend in this charming cottage. The space was cozy and perfectly appointed, lots of old charm - original cottage was built in 1550! - and special touches that delighted our children and made us feel like we were in quite a magical little space. The gardens are beyond gorgeous and just a lovely space to sit in the sunshine and watch our children play. It was a wonderful weekend filled with children’s laughter, bird song and cozy nights by the fire as a family. Thank you Tim & Maite for sharing your gorgeous cottage with us. The children are already asking we come back soon!

Very nice caravan, really tidy, great value. Harts is a decent holiday park but gets crazy busy! The town is pretty scruffy but everyone is really friendly and my kids had a super time.

Fantastic, couldn’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a unique getaway in an often overlooked city! Excellent

PERFECT LOCATION FOR USING EUROTUNNEL. RELAXING SETTING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH SECURE GATED PARKING....NO NEED TO FULLY UNPACK YOUR VEHICLE.

Kay’s little cabin was amazing and exactly what we were looking for in terms of a peaceful and relaxed getaway. Very clean, very cosy and very well kept space. Kay had also left a bottle of Prosecco and some of other really nice little treats for us. She greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t need to bother her for the whole time we were there as she had either explained everything beforehand or all the information was available in her folder in the cabin. She came to see us as we were leaving and we honestly had zero complaints. Shower was amazing, bed was comfortable, cute lights outside as we relaxed in the evenings on the porch, very warm dress robes available and just an all round great couple of nights. Everyone in Herne Bay is super friendly and Kay was no different. Lovely cabin and host, hope to come back here again soon

lovely basement flat,warm cosy,and close to all amenities. Perfect for dog walks as park near by and shops also. Such a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep and overall felt like a home from home.

What an amazing trip we have just enjoyed to Raychel’s beautiful cottage. The place in pristine condition and was exactly as described and reflected in the pictures. The cottage is stunning when you drive into it and as soon as you walk in the brightness and cleanliness jumps out. The kitchen and living room are fantastic and there was so much comfortable seating. So after a long day we were able to settle down and chill in front of a film. The property is in an incredible location for restaurants and of the course the beach and dreamland (ideal for my 6 year old!). Raychel was so clear and communicative throughout - access was explained with ease. Looking forward to returning in the near future!

We had a delightful 3 night stay at Fancoombe. The property was immaculate, just as shown in the photos, in a beautiful, quiet setting. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

We were a group of 5, we throughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, the annexe was just perfect, everything you needed for a stay away. The welcome basket was such a nice touch and went down with all of us. The hottub was lovely and was enjoyed multiple times. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family and will return in the future, thankyou from all of us the break is just what we all needed 🥰🙂
