This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

location is perfect,only few minutes walking from Choray hospital and there is supermarket across the house. Host is friendly and helpful Will come again next time for sure

Friendly host who responds quickly to messages. The location is convenient for local amenities but quiet at night. The room is clean and has all of the essentials.

Duc’s place is quite worth the price and convenient to the CBD of the Saigon. The group is very responsive.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my first leg of my journey across Vietnam. Super clean, great size, lovely decor and has everything you could possibly need. It was ideally situated and felt super safe and quiet. Would definitely recommend to any women travellers who want somewhere they will feel safe and relaxed.

Our stay with Vivian was wonderful! The place was clean and well-lit and was comfortable for the two of us. Not too big / not too small. Only two flights of stairs so luggage wasn't much of an issue. The home was tucked into a little alley. It felt like a more quiet and local area even with it being so close to the main street. There is a wonderful local breakfast spot where you can get broken rice and soup in the morning. The family who works there are super friendly and will chat if you get the chance. There are also several cafes for working or relaxing within a five-minute walk of the house. Lastly, I wanted to mention how Vivian went above and beyond in accommodating us. We came to Vietnam to celebrate our honeymoon and were surprised with roses and chocolates on arrival. Such a nice way to start our trip! She also helped with our luggage arrangements. We were so happy with our stay and with the help we received that we would happily stay here the next time we are in Saigon!

Trang is an amazing host, very friendly always a smile, you can talk to her just great. Everything corresponded to the pictures and description. The location is great, you can get there quickly and also away again...in the area, everything is available. Downtown is within walking distance of about 20 minutes and you can explore the area. Great location in a central but quiet backstreet. Host is fast at responding. Clean space, all good stuff! Only downside is occasionally the neighbors sing a bit early in the morning around 7am, but that's most places in Vietnam :) Overall great stay and would stay again!
