This was my 3rd trip to Ho Chi Minh City. This accommodation is the best because there is no bed, furniture, swimming pool, and karaoke. It was really nice to have karaoke in the pool villa. Cleanliness 100% Satisfaction 100% The owner's response service is very friendly, so I plan to use it every time I come as a frequent traveler to Ho Chi Minh.

Phoenix and all the hosts were super helpful and everything was well communicated. They responded quickly and even helped us get a taxi from the airport. They were very helpful and insightful of our needs. The location was clean and everything was well prepared. I would recommend!

I highly recommend. Lovely spacious home that’s perfect for a group/family. The house is clean, renovated and had all the essentials. The bathrooms were clean, bright and the beds also felt good, we had pretty good sleep there during our stay. Also appreciated how equipped the kitchen was when we did cook. We loved the fact that at the end of the day in the bustling city we could enjoy the peace and quiet, especially in the patio during evening when the weather is cool. Phuong was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed some guidance for directions and some recommendations around the area. A reliable host who assured that we were comfortable throughout our stay.

We had a great time at Luisa’s place in Binh Thanh. The house is beautifully renovated and had everything we needed. It’s a great quiet spot to unwind and recharge from the hectic hcmc energy. Luisa gave some great tips for the neighborhood and made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed it!

Hello. The accommodation was very clean and in excellent condition. The 29th floor with great view was especially nice. I would definitely want to stay here again the next time when I visit Ho Chi Minh.

The area is near all the food place and a very big mall. You can find Vietnamese cuisine and Korean's. There are plenty of Marts nearby for late night snacks. Overall great location and place for a family vaca or biz trip.

Excellent location in district 2

After staying in four places for a month, this was the best place to stay. Two people used it for 5 days and had many business meetings. The people who responded were so kind and respected our privacy. This is the best place to stay in Vietnam.

Tony’s place is perfect when staying in Thao Dien. Kitchen with all amenities, bathroom with Japanese toilets and soap/shampoo. All you need.

Detailed clear check in instructions, quick response to inquiries. The apartment is clean, comfortable, airy, with a balcony. Will put in the selection list for the next trips.

was great and easy, unfortunately it just didn't work out with a second keycard. the building has everything you need. from the pool, to the playground and a great view. definitely recommend it.

I rarely write a review, but this time I decided to write because of the good experience. May is very responsive and listens to her requests. I see that the house is missing a few items for long-stay guests like me (for example, dishwashing gloves and laundry detergent) so I bought and left it, I think with customers staying as long as I should have more of those. The rest is overall ok, there is a living room ceiling light that is flashed when turned on, but for a while, it will light up, so this May gradually maintain. The rest of everything else I feel is great, at this location and price is reasonable!

What a gem of an apartment! It had everything we needed for a comfy, relaxing stay—and then some. The modern furnishings were chic and stylish - love the plants in the living room and dining area. The kitchen was stocked with all the bits and bobs you’d need to whip up a light meal—or just stash your favorite snacks. (Pro tip: the fridge is perfect for ice cream. And yes, we definitely enjoyed it on the high-rise balcony while soaking up those breathtaking views. Highly recommend!) The beds were so comfy it was almost hard to leave them... but then we’d look out the windows and get lost in the stunning scenery. Every view was a postcard moment! And let’s not forget the super-handy Vincom Mall right nearby—it’s a one-stop shop for eating, shopping, and even catching a movie. Talk about convenience.
