Mark is helpful, responsive and polite. Check-in was easy and the place is free of clutter and well-equipped. SM Sta. Rosa is nearby and the place is reachable via Grab car. It was easy booking grab going back home which is very convenient. Early checking in & checking out fee price is very reasonable. The pool area is very clean. Overall, I enjoyed staying at Ms. Kendy and Mr. Mark's place, will definitely book this place again. ☺️

Brian's place was spot on, easy to locate and very accessible to everything you may need (convenience store, coffee shop, mall, church, bus stop etc). Exactly what Brian listed, every detail mentioned were available. But a few suggestions, some improvements can be done in the shower area and toilet-- install bidet holder, have a longer shower curtain so that water won't splash all over the floor (but they have a mop inside so they're already aware of this, thank you). Overall, great place and very responsive host. Thank you for accommodating us!🙏🏻

I like the location most of all, convenient to the Mall which has almost everything. The price is reasonable. The unit is well presented and clean. Instruction are easy to follow and the host response is quick. The only downside is the water flow in th bathroom sink is low and I think that would be the building maintainance to look at. Thanks for providing enough toiletries, I just hope that there's enough kitchen towel too. I would certainly book and stay again in this property. I would recommend this to others.
