Leanne was great. Quick to respond. Home was nice and cozy with great slope views and walking distance to the slope. Beds were comfy and decor was updated. Home was clean. Overall my family of 5 loved our stay. Will definitely stay again 😊.

We enjoyed at this cute cabin. It had all the basic needs for our short and first winter to Big Bear, it was the perfect size for our family of 3 and it was short Cozy

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Had a nice stay! The host was responsive, and was able to accommodate a last minute booking. Check in is at 4pm, which is a bit late. But they let me come early at 3pm for $14 extra. A few of the lights didn't work. Not a big deal. Hopefully they will fix that soon. The bathtub is very low down, its about a foot and a half lower than the floor of the bathroom, so keep that in mind if you not a very mobile and able person.

Kiro was an exceptional host! He responded promptly to all our questions and needs, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The cabin itself was incredibly cozy and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Had such a wonderful time! Jasmine is a great host, responsive and understanding of a last minute schedule change. The home itself is perfect! Easy access to the village but with a sledding hill in the back you could stay there all day.

We stayed with friends and our little ones! Great space to be together and know your kids are having a great time. Plenty of things to do in the area and Alan communicated so well, we knew we were in good care!

Mike’s Airbnb felt like a warm hug from the moment we arrived! We stayed during a high wind warning, but the house has a generator, so we had power while others didn’t, staying cozy and comfortable the whole time. The kitchen is gorgeous, with a spacious open floor plan and high-end KitchenAid appliances—cooking while watching the inauguration was such a special memory. Every detail in the house is so well thought out, from the adorable salt and pepper shakers on the table to the beautifully decorated rooms. The handwritten cards scattered throughout the home were such a sweet touch—it felt like your grandma had left little notes just for you! The smart lock made it super easy to come and go, and the big driveway was a great bonus. Plus, the location is close to everything. Mike has truly created the perfect mix of luxury, charm, and comfort. I can’t recommend it enough!

The kitchen was really well-stocked, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The variety of children's toys and games was a huge bonus—our kids loved them so much that they hardly asked for screen time during our stay! The only issue was that the maintenance team forgot to leave paper towels, bathroom tissue, and dish sponges, but Mary Grace was incredibly responsive and quickly provided everything we needed. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Teresa is a wonderful host and always very attentive and available for any questions or whatever we needed. We are a family of 9 people and we were very comfortable in her cabin, it is very spacious and cozy, we were all able to enjoy the game room and the patio with the fire pit, we even enjoyed the jacuzzi despite the cold 😀

Celebrated my little brothers birthday with our family and enjoyed our stay there. Very close to the village and had everything we possibly could need. Thank you again for making us feel right at home.

Really nice place, great attention from the host

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

Incredible luxury condo in a beautiful community! We loved the modern decor, extremely comfy beds, and prime location. The unit was stocked with board games, tennis rackets and balls, nerf guns, and sleds! Personally I wouldn’t market it as having a lake view bc it’s not on the lake necessarily, rather it has a marina that’s visible from one of the bedrooms. I loved that the unit had sooooo many windows with shades that can be closed for privacy but personally we kept them all open bc we love natural light!

This is my second time staying at this property and will probably stay again in the future. I love the comfort of the condo as it is cozy, clean, and walking distance to Boulder Bay Park and the lake. Just minutes away from the village and skying, this place offers a little bit of everything: quiet, comfort, and location. The host was super responsive, friendly, and helpful when we had questions.

We had a wonderful stay! Very comfortable and a great location. We loved having the park so close and our girls really enjoyed sledding there and playing in the snow. Also, the pizza place right in front is delicious and there are many other great options just a short drive away.

Seth was the ultimate five star host. He was very responsive with clear instructions. The condo was beautiful and very clean and had all amenities that we needed. It was close to everything including a lake access. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo.
