Excellent stay again - even a little Christmas tree!

We had a lovely stay here over Christmas. The flat is very well equipped, in a great location and with an amazing sea view. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, a real treat to be so close to the sea front..

Valentina’s place was lovely, perfect for our 3 day stay over Christmas. The location couldn’t have been better, 5min walk to the town or train station and a 15min walk to the sea front!

The best shower I’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb! Like standing under a steaming hot waterfall. The bed was really comfortable too - a King Size. The apartment is really cosy and comfortable, and within easy walking distance of the sea front, and shops, pubs and restaurants. The log burner was a nice bonus. Good communication from the host Phoebe too. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Jane's place while in Hastings. The accommodation has all that is needed for few days stay. Comfy beds, easy access to Old Town shops, restaurants, beach and parking. It can be a bit loud on weekend nights, but we knew this. Once the bars close, it is quiet. Jane is very responsive host. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay here, right by the beach. property has a great open plan kitchen/diner/reception which means you really get the most of the panoramic seaside view.

Great stay at Scallop Cottage in Rye! It’s so central, within walking distance of everything, and located in a cute cobbled path. The team was very response to any questions or concerns. Thanks for a great stay!

We have just returned from an amazing New Year's trip to beautiful Rye and Tamzin's wonderful cottage. The location is absolutely perfect and the cottage has everything you could need or wish for. Extremely well-stocked kitchen especially. Tamzin's correspondence was always first-class; extremely swift to reply and very informative. This is one of the best Airbnb accommodations we have stayed in. Highly recommend. Cyprus Cottage went a long way to making it a New Year to remember.

Go and stay here if you are in Hastings!! First off, David has been hands down the most responsive and helpful host I think I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with on Airbnb. His house in st Leonard’s is so lovely. From the great artwork on the walls to the fabulous cooker to the cute little garden - this is a great place to be when down Hastings way! My mum and I were staying for Christmas and we had no issue getting in and were super happy with the instructions and the warmth as we got into the house. Location is superb - the station is round the corner. The restaurants around this area are amazing. Kings road has lots of lovely little shops and great food spots. The sea is 5 min away too. Comfy beds, quiet area, great location and David’s hosting makes this a fab spot to stay! A+++

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. You can see how much time and thought has gone into decorating the house. The kitchen was practical with a wide range of equipment. Everything is provided for an easy stay with a dog. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay, the place was very clean and charming, easy to get to Brighton and other towns by bus, and Peter was very helpful and understanding!

Wonderful stay at Sam & Nick's property! We actually live locally but we booked at short notice due to needing to move out of our house temporarily for a week for some urgent works to take place. The property was perfect for our stay, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including a travel cot and highchair for our toddler to use. The location was great for us to pop back to our house as needed and Sam and Nick even decorated the house for Christmas just before our stay for us which made it feel even more like a home from home. They responded quickly to all queries prior to booking and the check-in and check out processes were smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and the hosts to anyone looking to book a stay in Eastbourne, it's a great location and a beautiful home! Thank you very much 😊

This place is absolutely fabulous-the attention to detail is amazing and Sandra is so helpful and responsive. Gorgous garden as well and close to beach. I would stay again and it is the best AirBB I have ever stayed in.

My daughters and I came down to Hastings for a party and stayed one night. Dan's is a lovely place. It was warm and comfortable despite the December gusty winds and freezing temperatures. It is full of gadgets which the girls found a lot of fun. It's very close to the ocean and there is a convenient little shop a few yards away. Dan also left some wine and staples in the fridge which was so kind. I highly recommend staying here. Also dog friendly but it is very clean and well-managed.

This is a very beautiful apartment, in a fantastic area. The pictures underestimate how lovely this place is, there is so much to do and a lot of lovely restaurants to eat in. Pollyanna was responsive and very helpful, the building is full of wonderful details and history, there is a brilliant guide about the building and history of the place, the antique shop below is a veritable feast for the eyes. I can highly recommend it to everyone who would like to stay and explore the area of Hastings Old Town.

Great little place to stay for son’s swim week. Had everything we needed and great view across Eastbourne. Would definitely recommend!

What a fabulous cosy apartment, beautifully furnished & well equipped. Amazingly placed to enjoy the beach & seaside as well as exploring the sights of East Sussex! This was a perfect base for us & we particularly enjoyed a trip to Rye Harbour nature reserve. So much more to see & do! Many thanks Carla & family!
