Jay's property is in a beautiful, private, peaceful location. I enjoyed working from home on the deck next to the lake and sitting out on the deck at night to relax. Jay is very friendly, quick to reply, honest, and helpful. I appreciated how well stocked the cleaning supplies were since we stayed for an extended time. I believe the couch was replaced since the photos and is clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to install a whole house water purification system because the water, due to being on a lake, is off color and has an odor. There is a Brita pitcher for drinking. Shower filters would be wonderful in the meantime. Be advised the home is not accessible for people with limited mobility or wheelchair users due to number of steps.

I had a great stay! Felt safe as most of the times I was getting home or leaving at night.

Deedee was the best host! She was always willing to help out and go the extra mile to make my stay stress free. I would recommend her listing to everyone . 10 out of 10.

Nick’s place was perfect for our needs and would be really great during warmer months, with its fabulous setting on the lake. It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and supplied. Loved the Christmas decorations and the extra steps Nick took to make us feel welcome. All communications were easy and helpful. Highly recommend for a small group, especially when you could really take advantage of the lakeside setting.
