Thank you Tobias. We had a great weekend wandering the surrounding forests. It was nice to come “Home” after a walk to have some food and sleep in the very quiet neighborhood. We will be back!

Communication with Ruth was very friendly and accommodating. She allowed a flexible check-in, received us personally and explained in detail the various uses of the apartment, which is remote from the street and very quiet. The parking space for the car is located on the private property right next to the garden and the separate entrance to the basement apartment. The use of the garden (with small dining table) and loungers is possible. The apartment is newly furnished, clean and well equipped as described. There were two piccolo in the fridge as a candy. Since there was unfortunately a rainy weather with cold during our short stay in August, we really appreciated that Ruth turned on the heating in the house. Since we were attending a full day seminar in the neighboring village during our stay, we unfortunately did not find time to explore the nearby area. This and the visit of the nice cafe in the Hillesheim town center will be made up the next time you visit.

We loved our stay at Josef's place. A cozy home and a lovely garden. And a friendly responsive host. When we had bad luck with our car on the day of departure, we got great help from Josef. Great!!
