Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Berkshire

Me and my family stayed here for my mums birthday for the weekend. It was absolutely the most perfect place to be. Beautiful, spacious and modern house. With 3 bathrooms & robes for all of us. A very generous ampunt of cookery, pots, pans, glasses for us to use, which made it easier to cook in the kitchen. Also had salt, pepper, tea and a few bits of food for us to use. We travel a lot, and this is more than any other airbnb host has given us. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of our trip, so relaxing and easy to use. The rooms were neat and the beds and beddings were so soft and comfortable, I had a great sleep here. The house had a good heating system, an easy to use oven and cooker. The location was perfect. In a quite street, but a few mins from busy areas, shopping markets, the mall, the beach, and good restaurants. The host George was also very responsive. I have so much more great things I can say about this place. I highly recommend anyone to come and experience it for yourselves.

Just back from a lovely week over Christmas - place was just as pictured with beautiful decorations up 🎄 Lovely living space (loved the wine storage) and bedrooms were a great size with lots of storage Kelli and Robbie was super quick to respond to a few questions we had and went above and beyond to resolve the fridge that broke part way through the stay Would absolutely recommend and would stay again

We stayed here for my Husbands 50th birthday, lovely place kitchen well equipped and hot tub was a nice touch. Lovely walks and easy to get to, would recommend

What a great stay! Janet was a great host and I will definitely be booking to stay at Acre Lodge again! There were so many facilities and the kitchen was well equipped, beautiful rooms and an outdoor space and the wood burner was a bonus! The hosts made sure the hot tub was prepared for us at all times and it was just a delight staying here. Thank you so much for everything!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful seaside home. Could not be in a better location for anyone that loves to be near the water. The house was very modern, had great facilities and was perfect for our family of young children all the way up to grandparents. Our hosts were so helpful and communications were very prompt.

We found the property easily and we were met by Allan the host. We were shown all the amenities and outlay of the property including Hot Tub , with precise and helpful instructions. The beds were extremely comfortable with spotless linen. The property was spotless clean and boasted every amenity you can imagine. It was the perfect property and location for our family Christmas. Highly recommended.

Great host Nice clean big home Everything you need

A lovely, relaxing couple of nights stay. The Coach House has all you need, is warm and cosy and very comfortable. The beds are super comfy and the duvets really warm and cosy. The garden is very private and a lovely feature, and for anyone staying in warmer weather has everything you need to spend plenty of time outdoors. If you're looking to keep your steps up, try a walk round the lakes, lots of bird life, very interesting. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to but is very ambiant and well thought out. The kitchen has plenty of space so you can cook and chat. It would have been good if the oven had worked but we were told about this beforehand and provided with an airfryer so could work around this quite easily. The host was always quick to respond, kept in touch and made our stay very easy. I would recommend The Coach House for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. All the quirky little touches make The Coach House quite unique and we would definately return.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

Great property for a big group. Would happily stay again. The hot tub is a great perk.

Jan and Jamie's house is part of a great community with excellent amenities! We were here over a Christmas holiday and unfortunately many of the awesome things around (archery, the waterpark, pools, onsite gym on holidays) were closed. The appeal of this spot in the summer was well noted! House and location are great - just double check which gate Google Maps is taking you to in case you arrive in the dark!

House was lovely. We spent Christmas week with multi generational family and it was perfect. Plenty of room and very comfortable. House was exactly as expected with lots of great amenities and tidy. We were able to prepare a full Christmas meal with everything there!. Lots of beautiful villages to explore nearby. Jan and Jamie were responsive and friendly and stopped by to make sure we were comfortable and settled. Definitely recommend.

We had such a fabulous weekend at Otter's Holt celebrating my brother's 50th. The house is beautiful with wonderful views and extremely well appointed -we had everything we needed. Lorraine was very responsive when we had some problems that we needed help with. We all loved the outdoor pools at the spa and the kids enjoyed hiring canoes to paddle across Howell's Mere. We hope to visit again.

We had a lovely time with our extended family- it was lovely to be able to be together, but the house was spacious enough with a lovely design that allowed us to have some time apart if we needed it. A beautiful home and we would definitely consider returning should be occasion arise.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

The place matched and exceeded the description and photos. It was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and well decorated. There was an abundance of cutlery, utensils, dinnerware, etc. Management company were extremely communicative before and through-out. Would 100% recommend this house for future traveler's.

I took my girlfriend here to celebrate her birthday and we had the time of our lives, the hot tub was just perfect, the bed has to be one of the comfiest places I’ve ever been and the shower was delightful. 10/10 would recommend x

Was a great place to stay, cabin in a lovely location. Private hotub which was perfect. Frankie and Jonathan were great hosts, anything you need they are just a text away! Would highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for a peaceful, scenic cabin to relax! Will be back

Owen's Cabin was lovely!!! He provided us with great arrival information and everything we needed to know during our stay (about the hot tub, heating and checkin/out etc) and a bottle of wine and some chocolate. The hot tub was a great addition to our stay and very relaxing. Towels, robes and sliders were also provided. The location is great, around 30-40 minute drive to the lush Cotswold hotspots and popular areas! It's also situated a 5 minute drive from lots of stuff to do in Cheltenham (the brewery quarter, bowling, and flight club), which is very accessible via driving/uber. Would 100% recommend and a stay again!!!

Wonderful place to stay. Very cute and lovely. The instructions for the wood fired hot tub and the wood fire were very informative and it made for a very enjoyable experience. Even when there was a self inflicted tap issue, Jeremy dropped everything to help and sorted us out really well.

We absolutely adored our stay at Turtle’s Farm. Vicky was super responsive and proactive and accommodated us checking in a little later than planned. The hot tub and fire were ready for us on arrival and the property was spotless, beautifully decorated and luxurious whilst still feeling like a country cabin escape. Gorgeous walking routes right from the property and the Sir Roger Tichbourne was a local delightful pub. The hot tub was quiet and comfortable, so much so we went in 4 times in two days! It felt very safe and cosy there, and the hosts even provided milk, snacks, coffee pods and tea and a bottle of wine. Beyond impressed with the service and would go back in a heartbeat

What a beautiful get away for resetting from the busy London living life. Staying on the farm was incredible, I had the best time, it was the perfect get away for the weekend. The hot tub made it 10x better with stargazing at the evening sky. Such a beautiful hidden gem!

To see and understand the atmosphere of Marc’s wonderful cabin is to truly experience something special. Everything about this place is fantastic. Marc was an extremely helpful and gracious host, even leaving a basket of lovely goodies for us, and giving us a postcard when we left. The cabin is extraordinary, a true labour of love with items collected over years. Every corner of the cabin has a different thing to look at and enjoy. Everything is in keeping with the theme, we felt totally transported. The bathroom was functional yet stylish, and the surround sound music was an amazing addition. Pool table and beds great too. And as for the outside space…. Truly Spectacular. By far my favourite place I’ve stayed on Air BnB. If you are wondering whether to book dont hesitate!

Anna is a lovely and attentive host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, and provided really helpful instructions for the hot tub and log burner. The cosy lodge had everything described on the listing, plus more thoughtful bits such as milk, seasonings and anything else you could require for an easy meal. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of things nearby to explore e.g Winchester and the nature park. We loved our time here and were sad to go!
