Monthly Rentals in Berkeley Hills

Our second stay at Fred’s place. Well maintained and squeaky clean. Comfortable bedding. Beautiful large bathroom with heated floor and heated toilet seat. A few minutes drive from Orinda Village with grocery store, shops and restaurants. Extremely responsive host. Hope to return in future.

I spent a wonderful week at Patsy's beautiful property. The Northside neighborhood is lovely - comfortable and quiet, but just a five-minute walk to the University of California campus. Patsy was a dedicated communicator, always very helpful to me. I managed the full week with no car, but I did swallow my pride and take an occasional Uber home at the end of a long day. The property is on a steep hill, and my climbing legs are not what they used to be. (To be fair, I saw joggers tackling the hill virtually every morning, and I did get more and more comfortable with it as the week progressed. It certainly gave me a good workout!) I felt so safe and comfortable in a secluded neighborhood.

This is one of the nicest spaces I’ve stayed in. Best view to wake up to every morning, I wish I could have stayed longer and definitely plan on coming back. I was able to drive into the city every day within 30 minutes! Thank you Kathy!
