Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bentonville

Few lil hiccups, power lost due to a brush fire. Couldn’t get the Outdoor projector to work. Plenty to do and lots of room to spread out! Beautiful lake home, mountain feel.

2nd stay at this gorgeous house and hopefully not my last!! Matt is an outstanding host and this house is gorgeous just like the pictures! What you don’t know until you stay is that the neighborhood is peaceful and filled with nature and yet literally right on the edge of campus. So, while you can walk to campus, or even to a few restaurants, you will also see deer (we saw a doe and her two babies), groundhogs, raccoon, and tons of birds. You will hear a symphony of birds all day as a matter of fact. You could totally forget you are in the city! Matt was super flexible and patient with us throughout our stay and helped us with anything and everything we needed!

Bob was a wonderful host. He thought of every detail, and there were some thoughtful surprises that we all enjoyed. His home was welcoming and perfect for our weekend. He was very responsive and his instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will definitely look for this listing anytime we are back in town.

The Oxford Home was more than what we expected. Felt so much like being back at Grandmas house. The views were exceptional and the home was so cozy. Caitlin and her family were great host and we will most definitely be back. The cows were awesome to be around and only a 15 min drive to UofA. Thanks aging for opening up your home to our family.

Super cute home in a great location! We walked all over Dickson Street...to the college and all the restaurants and fun shops on the square. Very walkable! We were welcomed with some wonderful homemade muffins! Soooo good! We had a great stay with the 3 of us and our little puppy! Perfect for what we needed! Large dining room, kitchen, living room and bedrooms were spacious! Would stay here again!

My hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tony’s place was great, very clean, private, we enjoyed our stay.

Wyatt was helpful and responsive. His place worked great for riding the gravel roads around Hazel Valley.

We had a house fire, I have cancer and we had no place to go. I contacted Nama and she gave us a peace of mind, knowing we had a warm, welcoming home to live for almost a month. The price was affordable, clean, comfortable and she made sure we had everything we needed. She even had Cox cable installed for us. We are so grateful for her hosting myself, my husband, my son and my service dog. Me and my family are so blessed to have her in our lives. We know she and her family are God sent and lifesavers. God’s blessings to her and her husband for hosting us as we are in search for a new home. 🙏🏽😇

The Barn on the Hill was a great home base for us to attend several weekend events in NWA! We easily walked to Razorback Stadium and Uber easily found us other times! It was very clean, decorated in all the best Hog decor, and the beds were soooo comfy. We can’t wait to come back. Melissa is a phenomenal Airbnb host!

This place was truly stunning. From the moment we arrived, Ms. B was waiting and had everything ready! From the equally of the rooms, common areas with ample games for the guests, and the AMAZING home cooked breakfasts. This is truly a must stop for any visit to Eureka Springs

We loved staying here! It was very clean and great location. They even provide a small portable crib for infants.

Jeffrey’s place was great! It was in a good location in Rogers, making it easy to get anywhere throughout Northwest Arkansas. The apartment was very clean and organized and was a great overall space. Jeffrey was also very responsive and made the check-in/checkout process very easy. I definitely recommend this apartment for anyone coming up to Arkansas!

My wife an I had a wonderful last night here in Eureka Springs. Miss B was exceedingly kind and capable. The breakfast she had prepped for us in the morning was as delicious as it sounded and she was kind enough to work around my wife and I's independent allergies. 10/10, would stay again.

We really enjoyed our time in down under in the quality space that was created! She took extra care to provide lots of goodies and snacks and even had our custom breakfast and afternoon snacks which made us feel like princesses!

amazing visit! Checking in was super easy and the room was more then advertised. very friendly and cozy. was greeted with genuine smile. it's the perfect place to stay when visiting. super close walking distance from local downtown shops and restaurants

Really beautiful place, feels both authentic and updated. We had trouble at one point getting in, and Jonas fixed the problem immediately. We went to the magic show down the street--we recommend it.

The White Squirrel was such a perfect place for me and my friend to stay while we spent a few days in Eureka Springs. The apartment was spacious and clean and private and comfortable and right on the Trolley and walkable to restaurants and Main Street. Easy parking too. Many thoughtful touches by the hosts made our stay seamless and comfortable we felt welcomed with a very generous snack basket and coffee- it was a beautiful house and a beautiful stay. Thank you!!!
