super good apartment, very spacious and had everything to feel at home. I loved the location, it is a rather residential place, but with many things nearby, such as supermarkets, restaurants, markets etc.

I spent a week with my daughter and her 7 month old baby. Very spacious unit with a large deck and beautiful view. The place is great for adults, and worked well with a baby. Mercedes supplied a playpen and highchair, as well we found some padded flooring blocks in a closet, which was great for protection for the baby against the tile floors. I would not recommend the property for young children as there is a lot of glass and no plastic dishes are available, as well the children's structure on the grounds no longer has the swings. The couch is not very comfortable and a couple of key items were missing, however this didn't affect our stay. We found the location great, walkable to a couple stores and restaurants, as well to the ferry to visit Isla Mujeres. Very secure area and property.

The accommodation is very well located and close to a Chedraui and the service they gave us in the place was excellent, totally recommended.

Adrian’s apartment made our vacation easy in Cancun. He was very friendly, and helpful during our stay. Made available some additional bedding for us and kitchen wears before our arrival as we requested. I really appreciate his effort and support. We loved our stay!!! The location, the property, everything was amazing. The host was really nice too, communicating with Jorge was very easy. It’s close to many restaurants, grocery everything u need. The hotel zone is not far by car. Overall we would definitely come back to this beautiful Airbnb!!😍

We could not be happier about the house itself. It was well equipped to the finest detail. Julius was helpful whenever we needed it and absolutely friendly. The neighbors were all friendly and willing to help whatever we asked. It was a three or 4 mile ride by car to the best restaurants. The food in Cancun is fantastic.

Excellent Airbnb house. Well designed - compact but sleeps 5-6 easily. All amenities provided and representative of the photos. A bit winding to get in but very helpful staff and guards. Very private and peaceful though there are a few dogs in each house who bark sometimes in unison !!! All in all very good stay

Mr. Luis was very kind at all times, even offered to go for us to the terminal at no cost. Without a doubt, I highly recommend staying in the house, in addition to it being very comfortable, fresh, it has all the amenities, the pool water is very fresh and clean, the photos comply with what it promises. Do not hesitate to contact Mr. Luis as he will always answer your doubts.

Our group really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb for our vacation in Cancun. The Airbnb was clean, private, and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting outside, lounging by the pool, and taking advantage of the private beach that was just steps away. Daniel was very responsive before our vacation so we knew what to expect and was also responsive during our stay, even though he was on vacation himself. I will be looking to see if Daniels Airbnb is available next time I’m in Cancun. I definitely recommend this home!

This place was amazing. We loved that it was right on the lagoon, a close walk to the center of the Hotel Zone, and the privacy one in the property was great. There is a plaza right in front of the property that offered multiple dining options and a gas station nearby too. The location was great for walking, and for further areas, Robin was able to provide us with a great contact for rides. The house was unique in that the lower and upper level were connected via a staircase outside, but we didn't use the downstairs so it wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was perfect size for cooking and the primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing. We enjoyed many nights on the screened in porch and enjoyed our days by the pool and lagoon. This place would be the perfect size for our family of 8. Robin was very responsive once we arrived and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place as we felt safe, things were convenient, and the whole place was very peaceful and private.

This was an extremely beautiful place in a beautiful location. The place is in the center of it all and easy to get to anywhere in town. The place is in the center of it all but yet you’ll feel like you’re in a private surrounding. The house is beautiful with everything you would need to have a great experience. We went with family and had a great experience with the place and location.

The hostess is extremely friendly and attentive to any situation of the house, the location is very good close to supermarket and other places, close to the hotel zone, very good home option in Cancun

I loved the place as shown in the photos, Irina was very kind and was always attentive since I made the reservation, she gave us great recommendations and the staff who were on the premises was always friendly. The location is perfect since you can get there by walking to the Ferry and you don't have to worry about looking for transport or if it is the case to pay for parking as you can leave it on the Airbnb itself. I would definitely stay here again. ☺️

I am very satisfied with everything.Especially the responsiveness of communication is great and there is no stress at all.Check-in is the first difficulty in a country with language problems, but I was able to get in without any problems.Last year, when I didn't know how to open the lockbox in Paris, I didn't ask the host and told me that I was busy at work, and at the end, the residents of the same apartment told me to get in, and I didn't have to stay in a lodging.We had the worst experience of that, especially how easy it is to get in.The ease of entering the apartment in Cancun is excellent.I want to use it again.
