The studio has everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay. There is a Soriana in front and an Oxxo very close for whatever you need to buy. The shower is electric, so the water comes out warm immediately, but you can still turn off the shower light switch and the water comes out cold-warm, which is very good with the heat in Cancun 👍👍 Route 6 takes you to the Central Centro de ADO and from there the entire center of Cancun is very close. This route is made up of small vans that you can take on the corner of Avenida la Luna (where the restaurant La Palapita and Banorte are located). Next to the Central del Ado, on Av. Tulum you can take other routes such as the r1 that takes you to the hotel zone and beaches. Martha was always very friendly and willing to help me with everything I needed. Have a pleasant stay!!

I had a great stay. Even though for the change of season, there were some details, but Alfredo was very attentive and communicative during the process and everything was resolved. The best detail of the location is access to transportation, like almost every 2 or 3 minutes they spend collectives and trucks, and it makes it very easy to get out and come back. The place is private and the area is very quiet. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the water garafon, which is always important. The internet was very stable and fast. I recommend this place during your stay in Cancun.

Alberto’s place is absolutely stunning, and we had a fantastic one night stay. Our flight arrived in the early morning and he let us check in early and drop off our bags even with it being several hours before check in. The place was clean, simple, and central, and we loved the hospitality and ambience! Would 100% stay again.
