Great place and we had a good time enjoying the great views and what the place provides.

Great location for kids with use of play park, sports pitch, arcades etc. We really appreciated all the little extras provided in the caravan - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls and even chocolates! 😋 It’s worth noting there is no WiFi or 3G/4G in the caravan but there is a tv and various board games which the kids made the most of. And you cannot park adjacent to the caravan, but it’s only a very short walk. The bedrooms are VERY small - but I guess that’s expected! Overall a great stay. Caron was very responsive and helpful. We had a great week away, took us a while to find the carvan and had slight mishap with the key safe but lisa came to the rescue. Place was clean and homely and perfect location short stroll to everything. Definitely be back again

Amazing! This was our first family holiday and with little children wanted something simple but well equipped, this cabin did not disappoint, beautifully kept, everything we needed, felt very at home. The location of this cabin on the site is beyond perfect.. The on site shop and entertainment hub a 1min walk in one direction and beach and pool access in the other. This was the perfect for having a small child and baby, on rainy days a few hours in the pool, and then having fun on the beautiful beach. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be returning! Crystal the owner was also just as amazing, quick with communication and even helped us with booking ferry crossings. Thank you so much Crystal, you helped this little family create their first holiday memories together x

Red squirrel lodge is a very clean and well equipped place to stay. Wendy is very friendly and explained where everything was in the lodge

Outstanding property exceptionally clean and so well equipped. Very stylish modern interior with very nice furnishings. Kitchen well equipped we actually did not cook so much other than toast and heated a few croissants. The property's location is standalone but within a few minutes drive to the village and eateries. Also easily walkable had it been warmer weather. There are other facilities like the swimming pool and the golf simulator but we unfortunately were not staying long enough to enjoy them. Will definitely like to rebook in the summer. Thank You

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

this is a unique place to stay in, has all you need, and some luxury touches like a great coffee machine, large hot tub, pool table/games, sky (cinematic sounds). the garden is completely enclosed. there were little touches made to make us feel welcome and start the holiday off. the communal areas are spacious, so you can all be together without feeling on top of each other. there's also enough of them to separate yourself from the kids when you need a minutes peace. although its not a scenic location, it is great for access to lots of places to visit. within half hour drive is west wittering, bosham, portsmouth/ gunwharf quays, rackton monument. I'd recommend staying, and Paul was easy to communicate with (although we didn't have any issues). I would add that many of the bedrooms do not have a blind so if you're a light sleeper or have children,take sleep masks or a portable black out blind.

It was very easy to communicate with Mary. The accommodation is spotless and very cosy/warm. Loved my short stay here, would definitely stay again! The milk, cereal boxes, mince pies and particularly the crumpets were a wonderful thoughtful touch, that was greatly appreciated. Thank you Mary :)

Great house for family with young children. The garden and games room were fantastic for the kids and we had a great short stay with at the Witterings. The house is lovely.

The home was beautiful and as described. Felt like home from home. It suited our whole family that differ in ages. The location is great. Sarah was great answering all my questions and giving recommendations. We would certainly book up again for our next visit.

We visited with 2 other families for a get together for half term. The house was absolutely outstanding, clean and had all the amenities needed for a cosy gateway with young children. Our youngest enjoyed having around some toys and the older loved the toy room in the garden. All adults loved the living room and kitchen space and the fireplace. A truly amazing space for our weekend away! Thank you

What a perfect weekend away in Selsey! Rosie's place was absolutely beautiful, right on the seafront and so close to pubs, shops and restaurants. I stayed as a group of 8 with a dog and there was plenty of room for us all. The house is well equipped and the welcome basket was greatly appreciated and sorted us out for breakfast both mornings without the need to go and do a food shop. We have all said that we would love to come and stay again in the summer. Thank you for a great stay!

Robert was a great host and answered any questions during our stay promptly and was most helpful. The house is tastefully decorated and was very clean. I can’t fault anything during our stay. A lovely place to spend a few days.

We had a really lovely stay. The house fit us comfortably (10 adults, 5 kids and 2 babies) with lots of space for the kids to run around and a great separate play area for them! The kitchen was well equipped and a lovely hamper was left for us when we arrived. The games shed was great and surroundings were beautiful- walking on to a quiet beach just off the driveway. A great place for a big family getaway- would highly recommend.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

cant speak highly enough of tessas place, the photos and description was absolutely spot on, check in was simple house lovely tidy and spacious, bathrooms were brilliant excellent water pressure kitchen stocked and we wanted for nothing bedrooms were lovely and an added touch you don't normally see a fan in every bedroom and they came in very handy last week as it was red hot in Southampton absolute god send, a sun trap of a back garden stones throw from supermarket and other shops lovely walk to centre!!! thankyou for a fantastic stay!!!!

Amazing place - beautiful design - with a view that's unbeatable.

We had a fantastic stay and the villa was very well presented with everything we needed. Carl has done an amazing job renovating and the bathrooms and kitchen were superb. The location was excellent and a short drive or walk into Ventnor with a village pond just opposite the villa which our children loved as there were ducks, fish, terrapins and herons. We had an EV and charging was very convenient in the main Ventnor car park.

Hosts were very responsive to emails and clearly communicated expectations and check in/check out instructions. They gave us a realistic expectation of the parking situation also (it's a bit tight, so you occasionally may have to park in a parallel road). We had a problem with the boiler, which was attended to within the hour once reported, which we were impressed by. All 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs, 2 upstairs) have an en suite bathroom and are very spacious. We all had a very comfortable night's sleep. Bathrooms included beautifully scented shampoo and conditioner-much appreciated! All kitchen amenities worked fine, great if you're self catering. Everything was nice and clean. There were a few minor things we addressed with the hosts that would be nice to have, but all in all a great stay and we'd come back again.

Immaculate, characterful and comfortable house and a beautiful and wild location. Host made us feel very welcome. Excellent dinner at The Lamb Inn 5 minutes drive away and great day on the beach at Wittering 30 minutes away. Can also recommend the Beach Cafe in Pagham itself. Five stars all round.
