Monthly Rentals in Belvedere

Arun, please accept my apologies for the late review. We are back in Portland after our road trip to California and have been bombarded with family affairs, clearing out all the Christmas decor we abandoned before we left, and catching up on urgent appointments and correspondence. It was interesting to stay in a historic restoration project! As a former resident of Sausalito, I am an avid fan of the older buildings. In my opinion, they preserve more of the city's cachet than huge and ostentatious structures do. I wish I could recall the name of the construction foreman I met there. He and his wife designed our unit. It will be fun to return and see your progress on the building. Both Lily and I love your place and cannot think how it could be better for us. I do think the additional comforter may be a frequent request. Many thanks for being such a gracious host and best wishes for a long list of conscientious guests in the future. From our first communication through our checkout everything was stellar, five stars all the way. A bottle of wine and a bag of Italian cookies greeted as soon as we got in. The view is constantly changing with the fog or lack of fog. Just a stunning view of San Francisco and the San Francisco Bay. Our stay here could not have been more easy; easy living on a daily basis. We cooked a number of meals at home and all of the appliances worked well and were easy to use. We never used the heater; there is no AC and it was never necessary.

I had a fantastic long stay at Tanya and Daoud’s beautiful and serene guesthouse! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and comes equipped with all the modern trappings you’ll need for a shorter or longer term stay. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment quiet and peaceful any time of the day/night. There is a private terrace right outside the door which gets ample of sunlight throughout the day. I loved sitting there whenever I could to soak up the air, scents and zen vibes of the treelined space. The hosts are extraordinarily kind, helpful and accommodating. I loved it here and will definitely come back when I can. Thank you Tanya & Daoud! :)

We had a wonderful time at Dan's place. Neighborhood is very quiet and Sausalito is a lovely town.
