The house was clean, well stocked with towels and linens, and a great location. Jim was responsive and provided clear instructions for check in/out.

We loved our stay! The house was lovely with lots of historic character and charm but all of the modern amenities you could need. It was clean, spacious and welcoming. Location was perfect to visit both Marietta and Parkersburg attractions with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, ect...We would definitely recommend staying here is you are in the area.

What a great place!! So clean, easy to find and get inside. The extra snacks and drinks were so thoughtful! Kitchen is so well stocked and yet without any clutter at all. Extra blankets and towels. Plenty of pillows and places to set down your things. Games in the closet, just so many thoughtful touches. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay!! And right around the corner from Kroger!

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed; the space absolutely holds up to the other many many five star reviews. The apartment was not only immaculate, but Tersia’s own interior design touch made it so warm and cozy. Though it is hard to decipher, I think the best part of it was the homemade pastries (I could’ve eaten a million). Tersia was readily available if we needed anything, but also respected our privacy and space. She also provided us with a late check-out due to bad weather. We didn’t want to leave, but it is on our list of places to stay at again!
