Vacation rentals with a patio in Belper

Where to start…. Location; a few minutes walk from everything we needed…shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc etc Property; clean, tidy, as described, plenty of space for the 2 of us, homely, private considering how close it is to everything….perfect Host; nothing too much trouble, loads of local information prior to visit, responded within an hour if we needed anything, clear instructions for check in. Craig seems like the kind of guy that genuinely cares about each and every client, very refreshing 👌🏼 Overview: great little property close to the city centre, plenty of room for a couple, easy to find (even after a few drinks at 2am 🤣), quiet area considering its location. Would we stay again?…absolutely without a doubt. Thank you so much Craig, have a wonderful Christmas 🫶🏼

This was a very lovely location to stay in the house was clean and spotless. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The kitchen was spotless with a clean kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom and the sitting room was spotless. Our house had left some eggs from her chickens which are in the back of this property which we absolutely enjoyed them for breakfast. Highly recommended and I will visit this place again.

A beautiful apartment and Phillip is an excellent host. The location is exceptional, right in the heart of the city but so quiet while inside the apartment. Phillip was there to greet us and was very willing to fit around our schedule. He made everything so easy with clear instructions and helpful suggestions. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Nottingham.

Had a fantastic one night staying at Sophie's , absolutely little gem. I was after somewhere where I could get quick access for Derby Hospital for an appointment for my daughter. I picked the best place. Super clean,tidy, a place just like home,a true snug place. All of Sophie's instructions were perfect and extremely helpful. If I could find somewhere quiet I would have been grateful, but this was far far better, it was super quiet area, the neighbours were quiet too. There was even added extras like tea and coffee etc. I have stayed at Sophie's place's twice now in the last 8 months, this one in Stretton and one in Coleshill, both places were excellent,and that is down to Sophie.She does amazing things and she knows what customers want. First class.

A great flat in an unbeatable location. Communications were also great both beforehand and during our stay when there was a minor issue with the heating. We were able to both the owner as he was part way through his park run to talk us through how to resolve it! Thoroughly recommend. Ian

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 2 day break in Elise’s property. Fantastic place 20 minutes from Tamworth. The house was immaculate with all the appointments. Beds were very comfortable also. There was even a Christmas Tree 🎄. We spent most of our time at the SnowDome teaching our two girls to ski prior to our trip. Would recommend this place to anyone and if we return to Tamworth we would love to stay here again. Thank you

We had a nice stay, the house has recently been modified so is clean and tidy. This is close to the town centre but is in a quiet location. I would recommend a stay

Kam’s place was perfect for us. We needed somewhere we could stay as a big group close to the city. The interior is very modern and has everything you might need. Kam was responsive over message and able to help us out when needed!

I can't recommend this place enough. I had one of the best weekends. It's only a 10-minute walk from the centre, so it's very accessible. Scott has very helpful! It was such a lovely house with everything you would need and was spotless. I would definitely stay again!!

Lovely, cosy cottage ideally placed just off village centre. Even the snow and ice didn’t deter us from walking to the local pub! Carol was very obliging and helpful when we had to alter our leaving times. We would love to visit again.

Such a lovely home, I could have moved in a stayed permanently. The space worked out lovely for us all and we throughly enjoyed our stay there. We loved the outdoor area too and spent many an evening chatting there too even in this winter period. Kelly was super helpful and responsive with any questions which made our stay perfect! Such a great place to stay with lots to do locally. Perfect host with many suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Very welcoming apartment, Christmas decorations were up and we were lest some tasty mince pies. Fab location with access to the main bus line within a few minutes walk. Restaurants and pubs very close by.

An amazing and gorgeous property. Would recommend to anyone for a lovely stay in the Peak District. Was 10 minute walk into Buxton. The property was immaculate and so comfortable, we had the best time 😊 thank you!

I can’t say enough how amazing this cute, nooky but actually very spacious cottage is. It has bags of character and super interior finishes. Angus must have spent lots of time and money creating this incredible space. To add to that it was lovely and clean and had everything you need. Lots of lovely little touches on our arrival with all atmospheric lights left on. A step back in time with a brilliantly modern twist. Angus was easy to get hold off when I contacted him with questions before our stay and helped us out by allowing us slightly earlier access as we’d arrived a bit earlier. What else can I say. Great stay and would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Buxton regardless of the weather. Accommodation was beautiful, The hosts were great and fixed our heating problems quickly once we made them aware.

The best place we’ve stayed In Nottingham. Me and my old uni friends get together for a weekend every Christmas and this spot was perfect for that! Lovely having the bread, cookies etc there when we arrived! Flat was really spacious and great location and host was very responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay - we will be back next year!
