Rosemarie is an absolutely outstanding host. She scores top marks in everything, from meeting us at the airport and taking us to her home, meeting her son Jamie, always being available to speak to and enjoying each other’s company, and even arranging food for us. She honestly went above and beyond our expectations and we are very grateful and thankful to her and Jamie. The listing is as described and has all of the amenities required to make it feel homely and Rosemarie was always on hand in case we needed anything. She went out of her way to make us feel part of the family and we feel that we have made friends for life. Thank you both for your hospitality and friendship, we will keep in contact.

Being on a hill you have a great view of the surrounding areas and the Caribbean sea; wonderful setting from the front porch with one of the room doors opening directly on the porch

We stayed for 14 days , it was easy to get in and out of the house, everything worked good, beds was very comfortable, ac worked great. The road leading down to the house is gravel, but still nice. very quiet road little to no traffic. We will use this house again

Sheldon was extremely helpful, and pleasant. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and up-to-date. Everything was exactly as described. If we ever visit Grenada again, GPV will be our go to accommodation. It felt just like HOME. Thanks for having us!

Slice of heaven! Located on the main road and easy walk to the beach and grocery store. Amazing outdoor location to sit and star gaze with the gentle sound of the water. Plenty of places to sit and ease into those chill Grenada vibes. The exterior was well maintained, colorful and vibrant with life. Kayaks, inflatables, snorkel and fins all available. The bed, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable. Loved every minute!

The property is in an amazing location. Diana is an absolute gem. I would definitely recommend this property for a blissful vacation.

What you find here is a very nice and cosy apartment, located in a calm area and good neighborhood. Surrounded by beautiful nature. There is a nice gas stove with gas oven for cooking and a refrigerator with a freezer. The apartment feels fresh and you have a queen size bed and a TV in the other corner so you can watch the TV from the bed :) Our host was very friendly and helpful, whatever we asked for, he helped us out every time, he offer transport from/to airport, possible to rent a car from him. It is also close to the Annandale waterfalls, there is bus passing by sometimes, to both the falls and also to the other direction to the city, Saint George’s. I recommend this place.

Our stay at this home was exceptional. We had the pleasure of using both the upper and lower units, providing ample space for our family of six. Nestled in a serene, seaside location and surrounded by lush fruit trees and greenery, it was the perfect retreat. Bertha, who coordinated our stay, was an absolute delight—her attentiveness and efforts to ensure our comfort made all the difference. After our exciting daily adventures, returning to such a luxurious and comfortable space was a real treat. The stunning ocean views during the day and the starry nights from the balcony were wonderful bonuses. We are immensely grateful for this experience and had an amazing time.
