Clair was an amazing host. She answered quick when I messaged and the caravan was absolutely perfect for me and my two kiddies. Well kitted out and very clean. Well what can I say apart from perfect! I booked this to propose to my fiancé due to the coziness, setting and back ground and boy did it not disappoint! The surrounding area is phenomenal and so pretty with all the wildlife right at your door step. The room itself is perfect and you could stay there for days without needing to leave. Tracy has everything you need covered from pots and pans, to cleaning products all the way to fresh milk, butter and jams. If you need anything else shops aren’t too far either. The bath is perfect and one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever been in, the little bathroom is also amazing and far more space than first seems. The shower is lovely too! The bed is very very comfortable and with extra pillows as standard it’s even better. The whole room is decorated perfectly. The hot tub, BBQ and log burners are also a massive benefit and make it the perfect relaxing getaway! Tracy is just amazing and we can’t wait to go back again, you won’t regret it!

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. The bungalow was lovely with very comfortable sofas and the coffee machine a great addition. There were a few issues but Jamie was very responsive and went to a great effort to rectify the situation with great communication. Would recommend the gin distillery tour in Chatham and a take away from the taste of India. Overall Jamie was a great host who definitely cares about guest experience and I would recommend a visit to the bungalow.

We had a lovely stay at Cassie's apartment and can definitely recommend it for a long stay Pros: - Area. Nice residential quitet neighbourhood with good-looking two-story buildings with small gardens - Green. Streatham common park 5 mins away (park, garden, fields and café). Couple of small parks in a walking distance - Transport. Convenient transport links (bus stop right near the building, Streatham and West Norwood stations 20 mins walk, SL6 bus (£1.75 to Holborn)) - Clean and cosy. Flat has a cosy home-like style where you want to relax. Good taste design. New convenient bathroom and kitchen. Windows face two sides. - Appliances and little things. Flat has practically everything you might need during your stay and something extra.

Fantastic, quirky, cosy, clean cottage, with everything you needed it really was home away from home. Lots of extras in cottage which was lovely. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and I loved all the pictures and light fixtures. Easy reach to beach and so many great walks, shops on your door step. Our dog totally loved it and was made very welcome. Will definitely stay again thank you

Ideal location for us as we were having our kitchen done and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. It was out of season, but the whole site was friendly and quiet and the bar was open on the weekends. Place was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication was good with clear instructions on booking in and out.

We had such a wonderful stay! The shepherd’s hut was cosy, clean and had beautiful surroundings. It was quiet and really peaceful. The interiors were gorgeous and the outside bath was a relaxing and novel treat. Charlotte was lovely - very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much! The instructions were clear, especially as we booked at such short notice. We are excited to book another stay again in the future and will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

We've had a nice August Bank Holiday weekend at Lee's place. The caravan was clean, tidy and well looked after. A travel cot and a high chair were both available, which really helped us. There was a chilled bottle in the fridge (for adults) and games and books available (for kids). It was very thoughtful of Lee. It was a shame that the Saturday was an absolute washout and we couldn't explore the area. But this is the British summer for you! You would need to buy a day pass for any entertainment (5min walk from the caravan). However, only the swimming and the entrance to the pub and the arcade is included in the day pass. Any other activities you wish to try need to be paid for separately. Also it's worth checking swimming availability first, before purchasing the day pass, as swim times are limited. The bakery just round the corner on the main street was a great discovery. Nice walks with the kids by the sea were good too. Lee's place was great and he is a very good host.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Highly recommended gem of a place. This is why I started using AirBnB! Geoff was super helpful with loads of info on the place and surroundings. Rye is small so you can walk just about everywhere. Supermarkets and restaurants very nearby and amazing shops. Easy check in and Geoff was flexible with times. And they left is Prosecco, crips and bottled water, something you don’t get at many AiBnB’s. We had an amazing time and felt at home. This will be my first option if we’re in Rye again.

Dale went the extra mile to make us feel at home, with a bottle of fizz, biscuits and flowers as we were celebrating a 90th and 30th birthday this weekend. Her property was even bigger than we realised (we were all blown away by the bathrooms!) and perfect for our group of 9. It’s easily walkable to lovely restaurants and the beachfront. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Sarah’s place was wonderful! We were supremely comfortable and at home, as was our dog. Although in a little complex of 3/4 homes, we were very private and didn’t feel overlooked at all. There were great walks across fields right from the front door and the surrounding area offers plenty to see & do. Definitely recommend this place, especially in the spring!

This is a beautiful home from home, it felt like staying with friends. We visited at Easter and there were two chocolate rabbits waiting for the kids, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen, living area and main bedroom are spacious and this is a great area. Close to the beach, train station, bars and restaurants. A lovely stay and we’d go back again.
