We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Silvia was professional, attentive and always available to support our every need and need without being intrusive. Extremely kind. The apartment respected what was proposed in the listing and even more. Equipped with everything you need, very clean and functional. The outdoor space is an oasis of peace. Great.

Simple apartment but with the necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if there is anything you need. He offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

Really quiet and well-served area, perfect for relaxing but also convenient for reaching the center and other attractions nearby. The apartment is well-finished, very clean, well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities, from the equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. Since booking, the host has been very kind and always available, providing us with support and quick responses. Upon our arrival (with early check-in), he gave us all the instructions to easily access with the phone, which was very convenient. He also provided us with a detailed guide with recommended restaurants, supermarkets... We immediately felt at home, even our dog settled in very well. A very pleasant stay, we absolutely recommend it!

Despite the fickle weather, we were able to enjoy the balcony! The apartment is nice and well arranged. The proximity to the beach and shops or restaurants is appreciated. Have a great sporting stay!

It was an amazing apartament. It was a first apartament building to the sea. So the sea was like 15 meters away. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, mountains and the beach. Overall the accommodation and the apartament itself, was very impressive. I would definitely recommend spending time there!

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

great location, easy check-in with the possibility of fixing an earlier time, close to the beach, train station and the city center, well-maintained and clean apartment, big plus for air conditioning the😉 only thing I would change is a larger amount of toilet paper and garbage bags, I generally recommend !!

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

Had a wonderful stay. It is a small apartment, where perfect use is made of the space. Very friendly and helpful host. Definitely an address for us to come back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Hotel Beautiful, cared for, clean and in a very central area, we spent a week in a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, clean and cared for in every detail. Upon arrival, Valentina was very kind in showing us both the parking and the apartment and explaining the house rules in detail. We highly recommend the property and will definitely consider another stay with them next year.

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

We had a wonderful stay! The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always easily accessible ! The property is a little off the beaten path and you have your privacy there. However, El Pesaro, Rimini and San Marino are not too far away if you want to do anything. For a group stay, the house is also perfectly equipped. Finally, upon arrival, we were even served a cake and a snack prepared by the landlords during the week, which was very nice:)
