I'm glad that I discovered Gaani Homestay on Airbnb. We had a pleasant stay here with entire family of 9 members. All rooms were well lit and kept tidy. All washrooms had hotwater access. This made the place an ideal choice for all seasons. The property is in a quaint place and easily accessible to the main road with restaurants and boating activity at walking distance. Arvind is an excellent host and courteous gentleman who took care of us throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Uttarkashi or passing through.

What an amazing place !! This was my first solo trip up the mountains and must say it was just incredible. All alone just to be with yourself in such a pristine snow clad mountain surrounding is a truly amazing experience. I must mention here my special thanks to Harbeer who made sure my stay was comfortable and in cooking some good delicious Pahadi food. I highly recommend Bhala Ho to people who want to experience the joy of getting up to see the snow clad mountains across your windows and live a minimalist life for a change.

I stayed here for a fortnight, and my experience was fantastic—homely and peaceful. Mr. Anand and his family took exceptional care of us, providing useful information and assistance whenever needed, always just a call away. The new and clean utensils with all necessary kitchenette were provided and is worth the mention. The safety and security at this property are excellent, making it highly recommended for solo travelers. Mr. Stephen, the co-host, was also very supportive , helpful and friendly. In short, we had a blissful stay surrounded by beautiful nature—a true home away from home !!
