Monthly Rentals in Bel-Air

We had the pleasure of staying at Pascal's apartment for a week recently. Our family of six truly enjoyed our time there. The apartment has everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. The apartment’s private, lawn area leads directly to the beach. The apartment is spread over three levels, and there is a parking garage beneath it. The location is excellent: there are grocery stores nearby, and it's a short drive to Marbella and Estepona. A car is recommended. If you enjoy running or walking, there is a long, paved coastal path that starts right in front of the apartment, stretching several kilometers toward Estepona. The apartment is so wonderful that we would come back anytime. We highly recommend it to everyone. It is also perfect for families.

It was the outside space that sold the apartment to us & it didn't disappoint. You got sun all day in the garden, then you had the covered terrace for outside dining or just to chill & relax. The apartment itself was bright with descent furniture & level of equipment, loads of storage space (could have done with more hangers) & with laundry room made it well set up for an extended stay. There are big comfy beds in both bedrooms & great showers in the bathrooms. Although, water temperature did drop in showers if both used as same time. Even though we had neighbours above & either side of us we weren't disturbed by noise. Pool was good size, could get a decent swim & by the afternoon was a nice temperature to cool off in. Supermarkets & restaurants are in easy walking distance & you are in a good location to explore the region by car. Ivan provided helpful guides on the apartment & local area. Awesome Location close to Supermarket

Very good hosting. Impeccable availability and responsiveness. The accommodation is modern, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts, and everything necessary in terms of linen <towels, tea towels>, cleaning products <laundry, dishwasher etc.>, shower products. Bottle of water and other drinks offered on arrival, which is nice after a trip. A beautiful covered terrace to admire the residence's plantations and blue skies. This place is a great find. I would 100% recommend it.
