Nestled amidst breathtaking surroundings, our recent stay at Windmill Barns ( Buck Cottage) was nothing short of enchanting. From the warm hospitality to the well-maintained accommodations, our experience left a lasting impression. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our gracious host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Their helpfulness and amiable nature truly enhanced our overall experience, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped foot on the property.

We had a lovely stay, the hosts were responsive and really welcoming. The barn is as seen in the photos with a nice amount of space for 2. Great location as you feel very secluded but you’re only a short drive from the neighbouring cities if you want to do any activities and the barn cat making an appearance was a lovely addition as well

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless and perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends. The optional hot tub was a great touch, allowing us to customise our experience, and we highly recommend the gin experience - it was a unique and fun addition to our trip! Overall, a wonderful place to unwind, we’d love to come back.

We had a lovely stay ! We traveled by train so the house is so conveniently close to the station. It’s comfortable and very clean and we enjoyed playing the games provided. The kitchen has everything you’d need though we ate local take aways - which are plentiful! The hot tub is gorgeous! Really luxurious and special having the robes and slippers provided just like a spa ! Thanks so much .

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend away! myself, hubby 3 kids and a nanny-with reduced mobility. The property had everything my mom could need, lift to first floor, profile bed, shower seat, raise and recliner chair-home from home. The property also had a hoist, hoist lift in the bedroom and even over the hot tub! Lovely touch, also provided logs for the wood fired hot tub which was amazing following a busy day. The grounds were lovely set in, what looks like an old farm, even had a mini farm with pigs, goats & chickens. e. In all this is an amazing property, that is fairly local to Stratford upon avon for a great day out. I must say this has to be the best property we have ever stayed at, that caters for my moms needs. (The owners were fab too )Thank you

I had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the castle, Abbey Field, restaurants and shops. The kitchen is amazing and well stocked. I would stay there again.

Andrea has renovated the cottage beautifully (loved the photos of work in progress) and made the most of the space - though as others have said, the stairs are indeed steep! It was warm and welcoming on arrival with cake and fizz to greet us. Excellent linens, comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen - everything we needed to be comfortable and cosy! There’s space to park one car in front of the cottage off road and then you’ll need to park on the street if you have other vehicles. The village is easy to access from the M40, there’s a fantastic farm shop (Cobbs) a few minutes drive away, and it was also really easy to access the spa we had booked! Despite atrocious weather we had a lovely time!

Fieldview cottage is a beautiful rustic cottage with a modern twist. Perfect for a weekend get away or even a long stay. We booked this cottage last minute and arrived on the day of booking. With power cuts the previous night. On arrival the cottage was pristine warm, everything we could have hoped for and more.

Property was as described, booked for our operatives and they where very happy with the rooms having their own facilities.

We planned to use the cottage for a wedding in the area and ended up having a wonderful weekend break. The cottage is extremely comfortable with everything you need. The location is perfect on the canal by a working lock and the are is beautiful. Stratford is nearby and we even managed to get to an outdoor afternoon performance. I would recommend the cottage to anyone.

I would describe the old workshop as an oasis of comfort and elegance. It is cozy and stylish, and the hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a fantastic stay.

A peaceful stay in an amazing location for visiting the local area with lovely views of the castle. Despite having neighbours next door it still felt isolated and quiet, exactly what we wanted. Zoe was very speedy in responding to any queries and provided useful directions to find the property, which is on a private road. There was also a handy welcome pack in the cottage with lots of information on the local area.

Second time I stayed at Roger's cottage and can't fault it. Lovely location and Roger is ever so friendly and helpful. Will book again for next year that's for sure.

This was the perfect place to spend our Christmas. A picture perfect cottage in an idyllic English village. Made all the more special by Katherine’s attention to detail and wonderful Christmas decorations. The Woodstove kept the downstairs so warm that we had to open the kitchen door at one point to let some heat out 😂. And I became obsessed with the spiral staircase and wanted to take it home with me. Thanks Katherine!. We had a great time. Can’t recommend Stonegaze highly enough.

Lovely cottage with log fire and TV. Perfect for the family night in with a glass of wine. Also perfect as a base to visit the surrounding area including Warwick castle. Thanks Amanda!

We loved to stay in this place. Many thanks! It was a very interesting experience to stay in such a history building. The house is very authentic. Everything needed was in house. The supermarket is nearby and pubs and private parking. Nice place and easy to travel to Warwick, Stratford, Birm, etc
