Karen’s place was very nice and as described. There was a set of breakfast treats to make life easier and milk, tea and coffee provided. Check in was smooth and easy with Karen leaving clear instructions. There was a window of time in which guests were asked to not be in as the room would be cleaned/inspected. As I was at work during this time it wasn’t an issue but if you were staying a prolonged period it’s something to keep in mind.

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Odette was a friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. It’s an annex slightly tucked away in a residential area. We booked it for a family party in Bletchley which was 15 minutes drive away. We enjoyed walking and cycling the paths on the canal as a bonus and would return to explore more. Thank you Odette for a lovely stay!

Helen's place was perfect for our stay in Over, Cambridgeshire. We were visiting my husband's family and we enjoyed being able to walk to the pub to meet with them. Helen's place is in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here quite often when I am working in the area. I am contented and safe, it’s so comfortable and relaxing. I can park my working van and not have a worry. Fresh milk and new laid eggs and butter awaiting is a great bonus. Will I be staying here again, you bet

William is a super host. seeing is spectacular and place is spotless. the cottage is on the small side, but that is clear from the listing...

Absolutely amazing place! Beautiful surroundings and insanely luxurious place to stay. Very very cool furnishing and art all over the place. There is a gym, hot tub, pool table- photos don’t do it justice! The kitchenette is cute but there is no water, but hosts offered to wash up our dishes etc. They have a small fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Enough to keep you going a few days. So peaceful and everything you need for a great stay. Bruna and Julian (and the dogs!) are seriously cool, welcoming people. Sadly the hot tub wasn’t bubbling but hopefully fixed for next time!

My wife and I are return visitors, and for good reason. Lizzie was her customary, friendly self. and found time to chat in person (rare) and catch us up on her news since our last visit. She was also generous in offering, unasked, to stock the fridge with milk, eggs, bread, and butter, which we gratefully consumed after our arrival. She knows the area and people who live in an around Edelsborough well, and is happy to offer suggestions when asked. There is no place or host in my many years of using Airbnb that I would rather return to.

Really wonderful stay in at Rosie’s place. Rosie was very responsive and sent me information before we arrived. Very clean bathroom and toilet. Parking right in front of the entrance which was very convenient. A very peaceful community we love it. Ives is such a lovey town and we had two unforgettable meals in town which was so yum. Both only 6 minutes drive, as well as a big supermarket. Only 25 minutes drive to Cambridge. We had a great sleep there. Thank you for holding us Roise.

It’s was a great place! Nicola has paid a lot of attention to details and really thought about what the guest might like, want or need. She has really put guest experience first. Easy to find, parking was good. Great location for what we wanted. It was squeaky clean which I loved!!! Would stay again. 10/10!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Anita’s place. It was exactly as described and looked from the photos, comfortable, warm and relaxing. We were in the area for a 40th birthday nearby so it was a real find and so nice to come back to after our event. It was well stocked with items for breakfast/tea & coffee too which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend!

Got to say, it was a wonderful stay! Magnificent apartment. Had everything that I needed for the week and more. I was welcomed by the host Rosa and her husband, they were very polite, very welcoming and great hosts. Rosa personally showed me around the apartment, showed me where everything was and how everything worked and explain things. It’s a very nice location very quiet village surrounded by lovely farmland ideal for anyone who’s is looking for a stress free and quiet rest from life. Rosa is a great host, constantly checking up on you through text or personal. Making sure that everything is fine with your stay and if there’s anything that you need or she can help with throughout your stay with them. Highly recommended and if I am in the area again, I will definitely stay there again without doubt

The place and the host are incredible. Private room with its own living room, everything was utterly clean and If you are fancy in a walk the sorrounding area is full of fields and country side. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay in The Gable. Jo and Paul were lovely hosts. The Gable was a super comfortable, home from home for a short stay in this area. Well what a perfect little place!!! So welcoming and cozy Lots of extra little touches such as Gaviscon(!!) and tea bags biscuits etc. The bed was really comfy and the surroundings were so peaceful We really loved our flying visit and we are sorry we didn’t have longer to chill in the patio area! Thank you again I hope we will be back to visit soon
