Monthly Rentals in Beaucatcher Mountain

We rented the home for 30 days. The home provided plenty of space for me, my husband, and an adult child who traveled with us (and one guest visitor) having two levels worked out perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, with a generous amount of toiletries, towels, linens, and cooking items. The home's cathedral ceilings provided ample light during the day, though the surrounding property is quite wooded. This is a great place if you need a long-term stay, as it's just 5-10 minutes down Town Mountain Road to reach the grocery store, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe's. Downtown Asheville access is just as quick. The architectural design of the home is delightful with lots of repurposed wood--like a sliding door that said "Lunchroom". The beds and pillows were comfy. For those of you who like bear sightings, this is the place for you. We saw bears almost daily (especially on trash day) but they didn't bother us. The neighbors we met were very friendly and helpful.

This place was great.. I stayed just over 2 months. I would walk to downtown when weather permitted. Lots of restaurants around. I felt safe walking and keeping my vehicle safe. Rose was very communicative when needed. The place was clean and quiet. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone that needs a one bedroom stay. Thank you Rose..

Joel’s house is tucked away on the hills of Asheville providing peace and quiet, fresh air and bird / animal watching. The walk out ground floor is spacious, free of clutter, super clean, and comfortable. The place is within 10-15 min of the many amenities and entertainment that Asheville has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay. Joel is a great host and we had the pleasure of meeting him in person. Kat and Lee

Clean and very comfortable. A fun deck overlooking the mountains. We used the fire pit too. Very close to town, about a 30 minute to all the downtown action. Restaurant, grocery store and bakery right around the corner. Our hist, Kat had lots of recommendations for places to eat and breweries to visit. All turned out great. Perfect spot for a couple. Highly recommend- our three day stay could not have been better.
